From planning, construction and internal finishings I can not praise Dunraven enough. Dunraven not only replaced all my windows but designed, sorted my planning application, and built two extensions to my house. The external rendering, plastering, electrics, plumbing, and flooring were also done by Dunraven, and I am thrilled with the end result. I would like to add that all of the teams involved in this project were very polite, personable, and helpful, the site was kept tidy and great consideration were given to my neighbours. The aftercare I have received has also been brilliant. I would have no issues recommending Dunraven to anyone who would want any internal or external works done.

Recently had a new lightweight tiled roof installed to replace our conservatory roof and we couldn’t be happier. It has totally transformed our home and made the room thermally efficient allowing us to open it up as part of our home. Workmanship was second to none, and the team were very clean and efficient. We would definitely recommend/use Dunraven again.

We had several companies to quote on replacing our old wooden windows, doors and conservatory, in all 30 windows, 3 sets of French doors 2 composit doors and a glass roof. Dunraven were the only ones to actually listen to our requirements, offer practical advice and suggestions and were able to offer us a made to measure service. I am so pleased that we chose them to do the work . The fitters were punctual, good humoured and the workmanship was outstanding. We had 3 teams on site for just over a week. Although they are not the cheapest the quality is superb and has totally transformed our house. We had a couple of minor issues ....one of the French doors was scratched , after trying to fix the scratch , they came back and fitted a new set, no problem. I am delighted with the end result, no drafts , safe secure and stylish. A. complete transformation.

Our first contact was with a salesman who was punctual TO THE SECOND. This was a good start. From there on in, everything went well. We were given dates and times in advance and these were kept to. The tradesmen were exemplary in every respect; polite, friendly and, most of all, did a damned good job. I didn't particularly want a conservatory (it was Wifey's idea) but, now it's there, it adds loads to the house. It's elegant, beautifully put together and has given us a great, extra room. Many thanks to Dunraven.

A brilliant end to end complex job delivered to a high standard - we had a16sqm conservatory built from an exiting footprint this meant a large amount of groundwork following demolition of existing building followed by main build with electrical works , plumbing plastering and fitting works undertaken.. we set a very tight timeline with them and they delivered ahead of our expectation. All the trades we came across were excellent, timely and great ambassadors for Dunraven, our project manager overcame any obstacles and was a pleasure to deal with. I think you have to be realistic with your expectations of any building firm and there is an inevitability that things will not alway go as smoothly as you would hope for - keep finding solutions and working together is the only advice I would offer - give these guys a go ...

Made an appointment for a quotation. Lady I spoke to was pushy I asked for a very specific appointment time which she gave me I stressed it had to be that time as had other commitments that day. I was informed my husband had to be present so he took a days holiday. I asked for a conformation text on the day of appointment giving me the name of the rep as they were unable to give me this. No text sent. At the allotted time of appointment I received a call to say my allocated rep running late by over an hour. They offered me same time next day!! Clearly not listened to anything I had said in regards to husband day off and specific time. Clearly inefficient no text message. And clearly not wanting my business for replacement windows, Orangery, replacement gutters soffits and faschias, stable door and balustrades. Having read the latest reviews looks like we had a lucky escape and Dunraven did me a favour!

Just had Dunraven Windows replace my garage door with double patio doors. The job was done very quickly and professionally. Very happy with all aspects of the service.

I'm not very happy so I'll update this soon when I've attempted to address an issue. Updated - there was an issue an it was resolved quite ethically. The seller was over enthusiastic taking a deposit for a conservatory which wasn't suitable (or necessary). As I perceived this to be unethical I was quite angry at the way this was done (with my parents). I didn't need to get involved and the company refunded the deposit with no problems. This was a satisfactory result under the circumstances so I've adjusted the review accordingly. I can't speak of the quality of workmanship but I strongly felt the original survey was lacking in professionalism.

So like I mentioned before, just like the last completely honest review, this will be no different. As we all saw, my last completely honest review was flagged by Dunraven but then re-instated by Trustpilot. They report all 1 star reviews and if you look at their stats, my last review was one of those that "Isn't in breach of trustpilot's guidelines by the reason(s) flagged by Dunraven". In other words they don't like 1* reviews and will always try and get them removed. Anyway, following on from my last review, My elderly relative hasn't had anymore contact from Dunraven at all (thankfully), but still to this day, the aftermath of being duped into having work done lives on (look at my first review for full details of what work was done). So, the wall which was an outer wall of the house (now an inner wall because of the porch) had a typical chalky paint on it which is used on outer walls. When building the porch (thus making the porch the outer "wall" and the chalk paint wall an "inner" wall as it's inside the porch), they did nothing whatsoever to treat this wall and just left it as a chalk paint wall. Added to this, the porch door is the opposite way to the main front door (hinge on the left, main front door has hinge on the right) meaning when leaving the house you have to open 2 doors different ways, it almost becomes a bit of an obstacle course to get out as you have to dodge around the one door in order to close the other (it's a mess, trust me). Bad enough already right? Almost as if the contractors turned up, installed the door, saw it after and thought "oh no.... we've put it the wrong way round..... oh well... That will do, not our problem".... But add to that said previously outer wall with chalk paint over it and you've got one complete disaster on your hands. In fact, when squeezing round the door, it's almost impossible not to brush your clothing against said chalk paint wall and trust me, once it's on your clothes you'd best be quick with the warm water and sponge because that stuff is going nowhere. Myself, Visitors, this elderly relative and even the postman have fallen foul to this massive design flaw. The only way to avoid this is to open the main front door as wide as it will go, step forward and open the porch door as wide as it will go, then proceed to walk out of the house closing each door as you pass them (Easier said than done especially if you have shopping or forget about it). That's Dunraven for you though, sky high prices (£10,000 plus interest when repaying) for the absolute minimum to be done. Avoid!!!

Should be 0stars this company took advantage on a vulnerable 80 year old and charged £2500 for 2 small windows, this in my view is tantamount to fraud they are being reported to Trading standards and FENSA please think very carefully about using this unscrupulous company Further to this we have decided to pursue a claim through the courts as had no reply from the company this may take a while but will update this review once that has concluded 4/11 A representative from the company says they are investigating, waiting to see what that happens will give a few days before submitting papers to the court. 1/12 Interesting to see a glut of one star reviews showing this company should be avoided like the plague. The company did get back to me and surprise surprise feel they did nothing wrong and everything was done properly well ripping off a vulnerable person is wrong! Sadly Covid is delaying progress but I am continuing my quest to get recompense through the correct channels which I suspect will now be in the New Year, hopefully all the others who have personally or had relatives takes advantage of by this company will get sorted as well, Merry Christmas to you unless you are associated with this sad company.

We have recently had an Extension built by Dunraven. I must say what an absolutely great experience. At first after reading other reviews I nearly backed out but a friend of the family had an extension and they had nothing but praise for the building crews that worked on his house. Total build time for us was 6 weeks and it was a fantastic price for a 4m x 4m extension. A whole £11000 cheaper than other companies out there. Every building crew that came to my property was very respectful not only to me but also my wife and child as well. I have not got enough good things to say how professional and how good the work actually was, it was poetry in motion and a pleasure to watch the teams work. A big thank you to Chris, Vinny, Paul, Gareth and all the other trades that worked here. You have certainly made a great impression in Malvern, Worcestershire. All the neighbours are giving great comments and asking for your details, I expect you will be getting calls soon. Thank you for everything.

Getting fed up with them now. Insist on having my wife present for sales meetings. You just know they will be overpriced with tactics like this. The last enquiry for a new door, WHICH I REALLY NEED TO HAVE DONE, insist on having my wife present, even though we have another door we want it identical too, and so all they need is to then measure up. My wife is not getting involved but they wont book it without her. Its stupid to be honest, I asked them to never waste my time again with sales knocks on the door and calls if they are not prepared to deal with me alone. Just get someone else in who wants thew work.

My latest experiences with this company have been poor, after a promising start. In the summer of 2019 Dunraven built a large extension and a porch for us. In fairness, they went up without too many problems and still look good. Most of the guys building these were friendly, polite and helpful. However, we were quickly under pressure to pay for the extension, even though we were assured by the salesmen that we wouldn't have to pay until we were completely happy. Once we had paid for our extension there were still several unresolved issues which took almost 2 months to rectify. Some were never rectified. After a while, you just give up asking them again. And again. And again. Now, in the summer of 2020, we have a cracked window and some other issues. I first approached Dunraven about it in early July but didn't get a response. Around this time a Dunraven sales person came round by chance and promised that everything could be fixed - we'd be rung within hours. We weren't. No one ever rang. Instead, we had to follow the familiar pattern of ringing, trying to get through someone, messages being left, and call backs promised. Nothing. One morning early August I did get through to someone in the department that does after-sales. They were not very interested that glass in their extension was failing after less than a year, but did promise to call back. Guess what? No, you don't have to guess.......no-one from after-sales called, although I did get a couple of calls from cheerful members of staff who sympathised with our predicament, but could not help. These calls were almost certainly because I had recently left a negative review on Google. Thanks for the thought, but actions are needed, not words. That was four weeks ago. We have a life to live and, with Autumn and Winter coming, we can't afford to hang around and wait for Dunraven. We have now paid for the cracked window ourselves, but are considering billing Dunraven. In the words of the glazier: the glass was packed too tightly, subject to extremes of temperature, and - crucially - was NOT made of toughened glass. Yes, Covid must have caused problems, but there are no excuses for such poor - and I mean really poor - communications. You will just chase, and chase, and chase with Dunraven. If you do use this company, my advice would be to delay paying for as long as possible, and not pay until you were completely satisfied with all snagging. Don't put too much hope in the guarantee or after-sales though. And insist on toughened glass for ALL glass, however, small.

Persistent cold calling. Pushy salesman with overpriced products - hence the massive discounts offered if you sign today! Promise you the earth but omit to show you their Terms and Conditions. Seven days to change your mind but this is before the surveyor turns up to point out what was not included in the contract. It took us from October 2019 to August 2020 to have our deposit returned and only after receiving a County Court Judgement. The legal team did not respond to any of my 3 letters requesting Alternative Dispute Resolution. The company even demanded a further payment of £759.17 for costs incurred by them. If you find yourself in this stressful situation, I can recommend moneyclaims (Google it) as the only way forward.

I am totally shocked to read the negative reviews on here about this company as this is not the experience that I have had. I gave my telephone number to a sales representative and an appointment was made I felt no pressure to sign anything. The sales rep was very helpful and I signed. The work was delayed because of covid but as soon as they could the work started the whole team were totally professional they turned up on time they left my home spotless and the work was carried out to a very high standard. The overall project was overseen by Gareth and every member of the team completed my orangery to a very high standard. I could not be more pleased with the finished project and would like to thank all involved.

We have recently had a conservatory installed by dunraven. I acknowledge that the sales people are pushy but the deal was good (we had comparisons) and we went ahead. Once beyond the sales people we found the installation team to be excellent. The bricks were sourced to match our unusual colour and the quality of the installation is high. There were some snagging issues however these were resolved with dialogue and negotiation. Overall we are happy with our purchase and it really enhances our home. I would recommend Dunraven installation but find their sales techniques transparent and out-dated.

I worked briefly for Dunraven Windows and can honestly say that the staff totally believe in the product that they promote, which is excellent quality and value for money. An excellent place to work. Recommended if you have a passion for sales.
