Fitters great no complaints there. Just had windows and door and side panel fitted. 2 cracked windows and the wrong side panel, the front door has glue showing. Customer service shocking no compensation what so ever! Never use this company again!

Went shopping in Morrisons and had a leaflet off a very nice lady and as we are in the process of having the whole house double glazed I thought we could get a quote. We contacted the company ourselves and made an appointment. My husband had already had two companies survey the windows and was waiting for a price from them so one more would be useful. We would not have taken the one with the lowest amount but the one which we thought would do a good job at a reasonable price. They telephoned to confirm the appointment and when the lady found out I would not be there she wanted to arrange the appointment as she said it would save any body having to come back??? My husband used to be in the building trade so I more than value his opinion. I found her to be rude and unhelpful on the telephone and once a new appointment was made she actually put the phone down without any polite thank you etc. Customer service stinks. I therefore decided to cancel the appointment but was again rang up to confirm that I wanted to cancel it or rearrange it? I said politely I did not want anybody coming and put the phone down on her as she was the same unhelpful individual who I spoke to earlier. I hate companies who are obviously trying to hard sell and totally unhelpful and rude. So the first port of call is the companies staff and they say a company is only as good as its staff. After reading some of the reviews on here I am glad I did cancel it. Also when you ring their number 01674 953182 is rings and then the line is just dead, I tried it several times and in the end I rang their 0800 number. Lucky escape.

Harassment in the vilest sense is what matters to Dunraven. Nuisance phone calls from their office to my partner constantly, and despite being told to f*** off numerous times, they kept coming and coming. They sent people to our door to try and sell us an overpriced conservatory. They ring at least once a day to try and sell **** off of different numbers. This is in direct contradiction to their own enterprise act (cited below) under Customer Care, Point 8. The service we received from Dunraven was excellent start to finish!! We were kept fully informed of timescales/which tradesmen on which days etc. The window/conservatory fitters were polite, friendly and absolutely immaculate!! We were amazed at how quickly the job was completed to an incredibly high standard and are thrilled with the end result!! Should we ever need work done in the future Dunraven would be our No 1 choice without hesitation!!

We were provided with a good service from the salesmen and were provided with exactly what we required and installed by one of the best fitters I have met. Very pleased

Glad we chose Dunraven Windows from office staff to the fitters for the Windows.We found the window fitters friendly very efficient and their attention to detail was second to none.They were very clean operators. We would highly recommend Dunraven Windows.

8 times I was phoned and asked if they could give me a quote, date and time set but they never turn up, when I ring to find out where they were, was told sales person gone on sick every time??? I give up on them and got quotes else where but then I kept getting more calls apologizing and practically begging for another chance, offering discounts etc, BUT yet AGAIN, they didn't turn up, APPARENTLY, gone sick again, but I suppose they've done me a favour as now I've read all these BAD reviews. 9 chances is enough, I'm surprised your still in business.

Very happy with all aspects of the work that has been carried out so far. Very good quality bi-fold doors which were fitted promptly and with minimal mess and disruption. The staff we have come in contact with have all been courteous, professional and polite. We would recommend them as a company and would use them again in the future. They have always been on time when they've been due at the house and their communication (post and phone) is fantastic.

Had my conservatory roof replaced with a Dunraven Splendor roof after years of not being able to use my conservatory due to it being too hot/cold. I am so happy with the result. The fitting team were great and I was kept up-to-date with progress etc throughout. Any issues with my existing conservatory were overcome easily and the room looks amazing. I've noticed a difference in temperature and an able to use the room. Very happy.

Customer service was very disappointing. Windows were supposed to be fitted over 2 days. They were rushed, so much that I have silicone on the windows outside upstairs. I asked them to come back to clean them. I can still see lots of marks on the windows. Not great care by the installers. The installation team were slap dash and messy. We paid a lot for our bay windows because we wanted quality service and standards as promised.

Charged my 84 year old Mother just under 2k for a basic front door and replacement glass for 2 misted windows !!( unknown to me at the time) she reluctantly paid in full prior to completion and several months on is stilling awaiting the glass replacement. Only found this out today so contacted them direct to justify cost and appalling service, Nobody has got back to me yet with regards the extortionate price surprise, surprise. They have also been trying to pressure sell her a new back door (like that’s going to happen). I am currently taking this up with Bridgend Trading standards. MY ADVICE LEAVE WELL ALONE, SHOCKING SERVICE AND OVER 3 TIMES THE PRICE, !!!! Note your comments state work is complete, why are you coming out next Wednesday afternoon to fit the glass then ? unbelievable.

Constantly cold calls your house, sends people round even when it's a new build. Lies and says your neighbours are buying into them when they're not. They operate out of a call center making out the call is site specific but frequently don't know your postcode or start talking about "your" area but use cities hundreds of miles away. Wouldn't buy from them purely based on this.

Never ever give your details to Dunraven Windows. I have asked them to stop contacting me and to take me off their database 5 times and they continue to call me year on year and apologise for the system error. We all know that this is an excuse and have never ever removed me from their system. One day they called me 11 times whilst I was at a conference. They are extremely aggressive with their sales techniques and will not leave you alone. I can’t wait for GDPR to kick in. I have never used them and regret the day I ever gave them my details. Steer clear people.

Me and my wife were looking for a quote for new windows and a front door. They refused to speak to my wife alone and required both of us to be present for the sales pitch, which struck me as a little odd. The pitch itself was textbook hard selling. The salesperson primed a high sum early on in the pitch to focus our attention around that figure (£30,000 no less). First actual quote was priced around £19,000. A ridiculous sum of course, and this price was slashed around 4 times after some wizardry on his magical calculator. A typical sales tactic to make you believe you are being done a favour. We told him we were going to get another quote for comparison, and he pressurised us into making a decision on the spot, while knocking the price down further. Dunraven have been in touch since and told us the salesperson was under review. Personally, I don't believe this, the sales pitch struck me as something that was taught company wide rather than just an individual misbehaving. Also some of the other reviews on here seem to confirm his sales techniques were not unusual. I leave 1 star as I can see an elderly couple being forced into paying over the odds quite easily, and I don't think this is fair practice.

When you have a Sticker on your door saying "NO COLD CALLERS" Please respect it. It could well be a Criminal offence. Dunraven Windows and doors did exactly that in Street, Somerset Yesterday. Obviously, at least one Dunraven Sales Person has no respect for the potential customer.

Had new conservatory built last month (March) in appalling weather conditions.However, job was completed in just 8 days and we are extremely pleased with result,We were kept informed of progress at all times and the workmen were fantastic and very helpful even replacing my garden gravel which had been contaminated with mud.Full marks and thank you

Why one star? Although the products we have purchased from Dunraven are excellent I am getting fed up to the back teeth with constant followup calls either in person or by recorded message. I have asked on severel occasions for our number to be removed from their "list" but after two years I am still getting calls.

Do not go near this company. They overcharge. Promise expert service and professionals which is what you pay a premium for. We had a glass roof conservatory fitted. They did a knock through from our kitchen. The work started in September took over 2 months to complete. Then the leaks started. Its now March and our archway is leaking again. The 16th fitter to visit this week to assess the leak on the corners of the conservatory. Yep that's right the top leaks and the corners leak. Assessed and got to the bottom of that problem which was that there was no damp proofing under the plaster And the cavity between the outer wall was far to small with no insulation or barrier fitted. Call this a professional premium service. Seriously don't go near these people. They have caused us no end of stress and anxiety which is putting strain on my family and marriage. Dunravon you ruin people you really do. They have offered us £200 compensation when I am going to have to spend the next 10 years in contact with them resolving their shoddy work when the guarantee finishes. For all of this. I just would like a partial refund so I can get this job finished properly.

We had a Conservatory which we could not use - too cold in Winter, too hot in Summer, so we decided to have a new glass roof fitted by Dunraven. They kept us up to date on what was happening and the day it was fitted 2 installers turned up on time and by mid afternoon the job was completed to our satisfaction including them taking away the old roof and cleaning up. It's been just over a month now and we have left the patio door open which leads from the Dining Room to the Conservatory and even now the weather is very cold for the first time we can sit in there in comfort. Very impressed, we now have a room we can use all the year round.

My household is currently being harassed by dunraven windows. We had a gentlemen knock our door a few months back requesting if we would be interested in a new door. I commented not until summer 2019 and he took our home number to call closer to the time and arrange a quote. Had a call that evening at 9 pm and explained we were told they would not contact us until the summer to which the lady apologised and said she would remove us from the list. Since then we are being continually called at 6 pm and 8 pm by the company despite us telling them to remove our number from their list every time. Last week we had 4 calls for a Mr Llewellyn all on different evenings, each time we reiterated it was a wrong number and last night a call at 8 pm asking for Mr James, my husband. Strange how the number now appears to be assigned back to the correct name. I have a 1 yr old daughter asleep and each time we explain this and to remove is but they are operating against the rules and not doing so. We get calls from the 01656 number and a mobile number whih when we just searched it came up over a 1200 reports of harassment. Disgusting way to try and get business and will certainly never ask them for a quote.
