Finished product great, installers showed that they wanted us to have the bi-fold door that we wanted. My wife and I have used Dunraven 3 times since we moved into our house and on every occasion they have delivered in terms of quality and finish. We are very happy to recommend them to anyone who appreciates supporting a local business based in South Wales who deliver interms of product, quality and service.

The work was carried out efficiently and with minimum impact. All detrius was removed and the surrounding area was left spotless.

Eventually everything was sorted and I'm very pleased. Salesman did not turn up for initial meeting. Door was fitted a month later than planned due to it not arriving on time, due to Covid!

Dunraven fitted a beautiful porch for me and even threw in the windows and fitted the flooring for me. All of the trades men were professional and worked very quickly to complete the job. They did such a great job I have had many compliments from neighbours too. They did not cut corners at all and the work was done to a very high standard. Coating was also cheaper than local tradesmen with with guarantee also! Couldn’t be happier.

We have had 2 lots of work done by Dunraven and on both occasions all staff from reps, surveyors, office staff and actual workmen have proved to be polite and helpful. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone. Well Done All.

Despite an issue with the start date; once Dunraven's fitters were on site, everything went extremely well. The team were quick and professional and - remarkably - very tidy workers. The conservatory was up and watertight in one day! ..... and I am delighted with the quality and finish. Thank you.

Last two windows being fitted shortly which will complete the whole house. Dunraven have always delivered on time and their installers are always up to the mark. The furnishings are fabulous and cant wait for these last two windows to be fitted. The doors are also fabulous and no problem with keys etc., there's always enough.

Where is my FENSA certificate? still waiting after two years and asking four times. good product, very good saleman, good price, dodgy fitting, terrible after sales service, very poor communication. The fitting address was not my address as repeated several times, they just coundnt get this, so no point in posting the certificate to my tenants...

We decided to go with dunraven to have our existing kitchen extended. This required removal of external wall and inserting an orangery. Throughout the whole process I was kept up to date regularly and reassured. The plan did run over the initial date given, this was because of issues with my property being an old terraced house. Even when things didn’t go as planned, the workmen kept calm and found a safe alternative. The first workmen we had were the groundsmen: Lee and the team were thorough, had good banter and got the job done even though they came up against knock backs due to the property’s age. Next was the carpenter: Paul is very calm and reassuring, he did a great job correcting the old beams in the ceiling. Once the orangery was erected I had the plasterer: Brendan is very good at his job, the finish was excellent! Brendan listened to my queries and reassured me during the time he was here. Then the tilers: Spencer and Dan did a great job, is was clear that they were very good at their job. All workmen were punctual, respectful and had good banter. Throughout the whole process Gareth; the project manager managed the team of workmen very well, it took the stress off us having to contact numerous people. Whenever Gareth visited to check on progress he was professional and polite. Thank you to Dunraven for installing our new orangery, we are very happy with the whole process. I have also recommended the company to friends and family.

We had an appointment for a quote for new windows, this was confirmed twice with phone calls from Dunraven. Needless to say no one turned up, no phone call, nothing, congratulations Dunraven your competitors will now get the business instead.

Had my old conservatory replaced because it was leaking, chose Dunraven as they were a local firm. Salesman and surveyor both made aware of the leak and they confirmed this would be fixed with the build. 5 years later and multiple re visits the leak is now worse than ever and they now refuse to fix the leak as this was an 'existing issue'. Of course it was, this was the reason I wanted the work carried out. The standard of the build is also rubbish and the last team they sent out was amazed the build was still attached to my house it is that shoddy! They never send the same workmen out so almost have to start again every time. They avoid taking calls and then never get back to you, absolutely atrocious customer service but they will ring you every month to ask if you want more work done. Now I am having to go down the Trading Standards/Ombudsman route. Avoid these muppets at all costs!

Dunraven are nothing but rogue traders. Salesman mis-sold a conservatory roof, demonstrating the ultra element blue glass against a heat lamp. Leaflet states 94% UV Protection/Rejection, 83% Solar rejection, suggested use - roof, we were led to believe this would solve our problem of too hot in summer, too cold in winter. During the extreme cold spell a few weeks ago, temperatures outside did not rise above 2degrees all day . However although it was 0 degrees in the conservatory until 10am it rose to 22degrees by 1pm when the sun had started shining, it was still only 3degrees outside. There was no heat in the conservatory. If the sun is not shining then it remains at a very low temperature all day. Today when it is 14degrees outside on a lovely sunny day it is 30degrees in the conservatory. This is far worse than our original roof with blinds. My previous complaints have been ignored when will the company accept that we were mis-sold and refund so that we can get this rectified. The whole issue is causing much distress and depression.

My project was one of the biggest jobs for Dunraven, they started March 2019 and 3 weeks later we went into lock down. However, during lockdown I was kept informed so that took a lot of uncertainty away. From first point of contact which was sales (Dewi), very professional and considered all my requirements. The price I was given was extremely competitive and I was reinsured many times that its family business who take pride in their work. We agreed, and plans were drawn up. To give you an idea of the work that Dunraven took on was: 1. A 50 square meter extension with 2 extremely large Anthracite lanterns, 4-meter Anthracite bi-folding doors and installed a media centre wall! The tiles I bought were 1200*600 huge tiles! 2. Then from the old kitchen (inside the house) they made two rooms one utility room and a very large bathroom. All plumbing, all tiling, everything completed by – Dunraven alongside DWP Ltd (plumbers and electricians) 3. On the first floor they took out the entire bathroom and replaced it all 4. Installed underfloor heating, new boiler, a brand-new water tank to house all 4 bathrooms 5. Install radiators, completely new wiring in the entire house…… As you can see Dunravan did the entire house, all while we were living at the property. They were very caring, very considerate and all the boys who came were amazing! Peter the surveyor was incredibly detailed in his specification and covered extra things that I was not aware of. My house was assigned to two site managers Lloyd and Gareth, both were exceptionally good and took onboard all my concerns. Gareth was a huge support mechanism for me, especially when I lost my mother right after Dunraven could commence work. My mother came home under palliative care and Dunraven were very discreet while trying to complete the extension so that she was able to see this before she passed away. The tillers Spencer and Dan worked the whole day and left 8pm so that they can complete the room. I have just completed my work with Dunraven it has taken a few months, however, Dunravan DO NOT CUT CORNERS. They complete the job fully, and if something is not within scope but due to health and safety it needs to be completed correct then Dunravan take this on board. Positives 1. Fix price 2. I only paid the deposit the rest on completion, however, due to lockdown and the impact this was having on those put-on furlough I wanted to give back to the company hence I paid as the project passed each phase. 3. The benefits of having Site managers are that the job is managed within the office and all stock comes in time with no delay. 4. I wanted to make a few amendments this was not frowned upon. 5. Any additional work was priced very reasonably. 6. As a woman I was treated with so much respect, and all the boys listened and actioned what I required. Improvement areas 1. Communication – At some point I was chasing a lot, to get an update 2. A project manager – Gareth would make a brilliant project manager, because he has empathy, he gets the job done! He keeps up the communication. Dunravan would benefit from the skills of a Project Manager and this would improve their developing areas. I want to say a big thank you to the following boys. Dunraven sent me the best teams, I enjoyed their company, we had a good banter, and especially when my mum passed away they really cared and showed a lot of empathy: Paul (Bricky) Gareth and Paul (Carpenters) Spencer and Dan (Tillers) Chris and Dy – (Plasterers) Mike, Dean, Ross, Gareth (tarky) Gareth (G) The biggest shout out goes to David Williams who worked with the site managers to complete this entire project. dwep.co.uk/ Once again, thank you Gareth Lewis, Lloyd, David and the boys for all the work you completed in my house. Dunravan are running their business on family values and each worker displayed those values that represent Dunraven. I am still awaiting certifications of completed work, and trust Dunravan will send these in due course.

We have had our conservatory installed for a year now and could not be more pleased with it. It has fulfilled all our hopes and beyond, warm through the Winter, even this one, and very comfortable and airy through the hottest part of the Summer. The only thing that let us down was the Surveyor who did not measure up the windows to fit our heirloom stained glass as we had really wanted. That was very disappointing and the only reason we cannot give 5 stars. But otherwise the service was excellent. The team that arrived had to deal with working during a pandemic, driving every day back and forth from Wales to Bath sometimes each journey taking 3 hrs, rather than being able to stay locally, until completed. Also dealing with extreme heat plus building in a very awkward place and to an awkward design, They therefore had to take far longer than they would normally which was to their disadvantage. But they continued to persevere with cheerfulness and professionalism. We will appreciate their efforts for years and definitely recommend this company.

The man who came to the house to measure up and give us a quote seemed a bit deceitful with his figures and untrustworthy, really didn't like his approach. When he realised I was serious about walking away from anything he offered, it's amazing how the cost suddenly changed. The same salesman also claimed scaffolding was not required. It was only because I said no one is working on my house without scaffolding that he again fealised I was serious. The day the fitters turned up, it was like the real professionals had arrived. They were very good, very quick and cleaned up absolutely everything behind them. First class fitting team. They also said that had scaffolding not been erected, they would not have been able to complete the installation. We have had to ask after sales service team to come out once, but it was so easy and not even questioned about. The interest free finance package that was made available was so simple. Even for us with a low credit rating. Probably the best purchase I've ever made, new doors and windows throughout. Our next purchase from Dunraven will be a conservatory. Very happy overall

Dunraven recently replaced our conservatory roof with a solid, insulated roof, and they've done a smashing job. The workmen were hardworking, polite and clean. Paul and Mark took the old roof off and replaced it with the new roof frame. Chris and Dai did the inside boarding and plastering and the electricians fitted our brand new spotlights. Two other men came, but we didn't get their names, but all of these guys worked efficiently to get the job done and they all cleaned up afterwards. Gareth Lewis oversaw the job and was most attentive during his visits to our home. Thank you Dunraven for a job well done!
