Do not use!! I used Dunraven Windows a few years ago and it was horrific. They put in windows which resulted in the front of the house cracking which they refused to repair. They left the house in an absolute mess and I was forced to sign the paper to say I was happy with the work by the workers as they needed to get to their next job. I complained but was ignored. On top of this, I continue to get sales calls constantly despite me asking to be taken off their contact list every single time they call, every time they say there is no note of my request or previous complaint. Its more stress than it is worth!!

Excellent service, the guys who fitted the composite door were really clean and did a fantastic job. Thank you

Initial visits including description of product, quote, surveyors visit etc very good. Lengthy wait for the door and fitting as they are of a bespoke design which explained the lead-in time. Sadly, near completion of the fitting, the installer was frustrated as a part of the door fixing was missing and he was unable to complete the task. Customer service contacted us the following working day and, although the door was made secure, the surround was not finished and hence we had a draughty 12 days before the door could be removed, refitted with the missing part and the finish completed. Not ideal but not the end of the world.

Very happy and impressed with the fitter who worked on his own and did an amazing job. The grievances I have are when we had a patio door fitted, on completion I noticed that there was a mangled screw that needed replacing. After several requests and a Order for a new front Door we got the screw replaced, this replacement took a year! The new door was fitted last week, when completed the fitter noted that the letterbox backing was missing and said he would order it for us. I sincerely hope that this does not take a year to arrive.

Very pleased with the installation, and the installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves

The composite door always hits the frame, fitted on the 28 April first date given for a repair was the 4 June. Someone came on the 18 May couldn't fix it, messed up some of the adjustment points. Low-quality door fittings, not impressed either with the door or the service. The old UPVC door worked well for 14 years without anyone having to adjust it, it is north facing.

The fitters left my conservatory in a terrible mess with the floor filthy and didn't replace the lead which was in the order. They have been back to fix the lead since but I still would not recommend Dunraven Update 04 August 2021 One of the end caps has fallen off the strut of the roof. I have now phoned 3 times to be told the service department will call me back. I'm still waiting. Strangely when I wouldn't sign the satisfaction form originally they had someone "down the road" to collect it! Don't touch them

All the workmen were amazing working really hard and always polite. There were a few unexpected issues where information about what was required did not appear to be passed on to workmen but these were quickly put right. Also where pipes flooded in kitchen due to pipes not being attached properly outside and hot tub cable being cut .Quickly all repaired within 48 hours. My main disappointment was the coordination. Dunraven were terrible about keeping the customer informed about what was happening when . On at least 3 occasions within 3 weeks that job took we were told nobody would be attending and several workmen turned up that day . It became a joke by the end of the job that if they said noone was coming. Someone would definitely turn up. Also the last day was ridiculous in these times of coming out of lockdown with about ten workmen on site in a small space from at least 4 different professions trying to get job done . No social distancing. Think DIYSOS. However now it's completed it is amazing and definitely worth the stress and money .

We are so fed up and angry with Dunraven Windows. Firstly, their so-called Customer Care Advisor who glibly and duplicitously responded on this public forum on 12 April has failed to have a meaningful role in sorting out any of our problems. We have contacted Dunraven on a number of occasions yet she has shown no initiative in resolving our issues. One would presume that the role of a Customer Care Advisor would be to liaise with the customer and the company’s workforce to ensure that issues are resolved. However, in our experience this has not been the case. From our Groundhog Day experience Dunraven employees couldn’t care less, or else are incapable of solving problems. We were eventually informed that you have forwarded our email to the electrical contractor. The simple act of forwarding an email resolves nothing. It merely takes the depression of a key. Once that was done you seem to think that it has resolved the issue. It is an affront to suggest that this is acceptable. We could do that ourselves if we had his email address. You need to actually do your job and follow up on things. The electrician has not contacted us. YOU should have checked that he has contacted us, and chased him. As such, your contribution has been worthless. It is unfortunate for us that YOU are our contact point as nothing ever gets done. Your response of 12 April on Trustpilot asks us to provide you with further details. I suggest that you look at the numerous emails we have sent you, and try to recall the times we have spoken to you. It is disingenuous to post on a public forum and pretend that you are doing something you are not. Finally, just to add insult to injury, we were doorstepped yesterday by sales reps from your abysmal company, asking if we want to have a new conservatory roof!!!!!!!!! We just want you to sort out the problems you’ve caused with the one you supposedly upgraded in Oct / Nov 2020. On the couple of occasions you have sent people around to look at the problem, we were told that they needed to have dry weather to sort it out. Yet every time you send someone you do so when it is raining. If you keep booking appointments so far in advance you have little chance of predicting the weather. IT’S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!

I have a traid myself so know how jobs should be run. Honestly I've been very impressed from start to finish. The lads on site were good as gold, drank me out of tea more than once mind 😂 The finish is excellent. Only slight quibble is that sometimes there was lack of communication with the office to the workers then to the customer, but that probably had sumthing Todo with covid!! Would definitely recommend, actually already have to my mum!

Disappointed 15 April 2021, 13:47

Disappointed with Dunraven after thinking we had gone to a high end company. Quality windows and patio doors but had to have a return visit on both ocassions due to some quality issues i.e. sealing the outside properly, poor concrete work and a damaged door step. It took two weeks to get rid of the rubble on the drive from the patio door installation. Customer service polite and friendly, just a shame they cant get everything right first time.

We used Dunraven twice to carry out work on our house. Once to fit a new composite door and side panel, and the second time to do a partial garage conversion. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the trades were also very friendly, professional and polite. We would highly recommend Dunraven and definitely use them again for any further work.

Had a conservatory and 11 windows. Competitive pricing if you are comfortable negotiating...need to have good understanding of market price from competitor's while discussing cost with Dunraven. Product quality excellent, workmanship excellent, installation teams excellent. Conservatory build exceeded expectations as the brickwork is outstanding. After sales support top notch and have been in business for many many years. Will continue to use as company of choice
