Every time I bought something from Drone World, I knew it would be everything that I expect as a customer. Products are well represented and I always looked forward to the next time I would need to order something else.

I purchased the dji3 Executive Pro kit from "Drone World" and could not have been happier. I buy many things online. Many times the pictures and descriptions of what's delivered are not the same things you thought you ordered. Sometimes it's because poor illustrations and poor descriptions. This is especially true when buying accessories. There were no such problems from "Drone World." I got exactly what I thought I ordered. What I really liked was that everything was already packed in my case and I didn't have to deal with those multitude of boxes for the accessories that came with it. Would I recommend "DRONE WORLD?' You bet I would.

Bought a drone pro 3 kit and everything went great except that not all of the kit came at the same time. They had to send me additional items as the got them restocked.

I did have to contact Drone World a couple of times with questions/concerns but they answered me promptly and everything turned out GREAT! I love my P3 and love flying it!

I placed an order for one of the package deals listed on the website. When my order arrived I noticed it was incomplete. I immediately contacted them and was told it was a mistake and the add on the website was incorrect. The add had been up on the website for more than 1 week and stayed on the website for more than a week after I contacted them. I made several emails and phone calls trying to fix the issue. It wasn't until I contacted them to return the order that they fixed this issue

The kit was assembled well. We had purchased based on a referral from a friend. We were given a referral card which entitled us to $50 off our purchase. We entered the referral code on checkout but no deduction was given. We emailed about referral disc but did not hear back from them. They are offering a free mini drone for review. Let's see if they hold their word. UPDATE: After promising a referral card discount and never issuing it. We filled out a trust pilot review detailing such. We emailed and were replied to immediately. We were asked if we would like to amend our review and would receive a credit along with a free mini drone. We asked for a 64gb card instead of credit. They agreed. For their cooperation we ordered a 7-1 filter kit along with gps to aid in offsetting cost. We were asked if they could call to get payment info. They called almost immediately. The salesman was quite trite acting, took our cc info and again asked us to amend review. I told him I would do so depending on this transaction. I asked when our order would arrive. The salesman smartly answered when billing processes your payment then hung up. A day later we received an email that our PayPal account had processed an additional payment for 238$. I am not sure how this happened as I only gave them cc info. It has been nearly 3 weeks and no product, contact, or shipping updates. Responsiveness and Good Customer Service are lacking thus far. I will add to the reviews as the saga continues

My wife purchases products for friends and family that live in Haiti. She has the items forwarded to a shipping company in Miami that then sends the items on to the end users in Haiti. She pays for these items with her credit card and is reimbursed by the end user in Haiti. On April 1st she ordered a Phantom 4 from Drone World online. Almost $2000.00. She received a confirmation of the order and thought all was good. After 10 days of not receiving a notice of shipment with tracking number, she checked her credit card account and found that the money had been reserved by Drone World, but no product had been shipped. As she is down in Haiti now, she asked me to call Drone World to find out what was going on. They are very hard to reach. I had to redial several times before someone came on the line. I told him I was checking on the order status as it was now 12 days since the order was confirmed. He told me the order had been cancelled due to fraud and gave me a verification number for the refund. And then hung up on me. I was confused and called back. It rang and no one answered. I called again and the same guy answered and when I told him I was calling back for more info he hung up on me again. I called a third and fourth time, with no answer. On the fifth try a man by the name of Branden answered. I explained the situation to him and asked for further explanation as to why they were claiming fraud. His response was that because these are high priced items their software has a fraud search routine that spits out the order if there is any question about it. They never contacted her to advise that there was a problem. When I explained to Brendan the process she goes through when ordering items to send to Haiti he told me that he was sorry. That there was nothing he could do to fix the situation. It makes no sense. They had a hold on the funds with the credit card company. They could have told her that they would wait for the funds to clear before drop shipping the item to the freight forwarder in Miami. But instead they did nothing. The person purchasing the P4 had already received a P3 that she ordered from a company on Amazon. No Problem with them. I had read about Drone World and told her that it might be better to buy from them rather than through an Amazon company. Boy was I wrong. She is going to go back to the Amazon company and purchase the P4 from them just as soon as she is able to verify that the funds have been released back to her account, because as of this moment they have not been. Drone World is not the kind of company that I enjoy doing business with. But you can make up your own mind. Just be warned of their strange business practices.

I ordered the phantom 3 advanced and after a couple days of not getting an email to track my order, I sent an email and got a phone call the same day saying there was a problem with the billing address and the shipping address being different but the worker got everything settled the same day and the package was shipped and received very quickly. I would recommend this company to everyone

It has been three months since I ordered the Phantom 3 Executive Kit. After nine emails (can't call them) and two additional shipments, I still am missing five items from my Executive Kit. One of the items that they sent was an empty lens filter case that I already had. They say today in an email that they have completed my order. I have emailed them stating that I have ordered with a purchase order and will not pay them until I have received the merchandise I have ordered or reconciled a new invoice minus the missing items. None of their additional shipments contained a packing list. Their companies lack of professionalism and shipment accounting are very disturbing. They don't seem to have any idea what is being shipped or when orders will be completed. I will not be utilizing this company again.

Had a slight issue with an exchange but everything else was fine. My issue was quickly resolve.
