I had been tossing around the idea of buying a Phantom drone for months. I finally decided to give in and buy the Phantom 3 Professional bundle with 5.11 backpack from Drone World. I received a tracking number as soon as it was shipped and the package arrived on time and exactly as I had ordered. I am very happy with the purchase I made through Drone World and even happier with how easy this thing is to fly. This is my first one ever.

Purchased the drone phantom 3. Delivered on time an as advertised. Was concerned after seeing a review from a disgruntled customer. Called support and was impressed with their responses and am totally happy with the purchase. I would recommend and use them in the future.

Recently received my DJI P3P bundle kit with backpack after almost a month wait. Was this delay Drone World's fault? Absolutely not. It was made clear from the order confirmation up to the shipping confirmation what the approximate shipping date would be. At they were practically spot-on. Even when I called to double check on order status they were super helpful, and I might add quite patient with my inquiry, considering the high demand for this product and the number of eager buyers. My order arrived complete and safely packaged with not a thing out of place. or damaged. Well done! I will highly recommend Drone World to anyone I know who is considering same or similar DJI products, and plan to shop them in the future for any upgrades, etc. I may want or need. Aloho nui loa!

Drone World offers a wide range of bundles for their drones at competitive prices. Their customer service is good, and you can actually talk to a real person if you have questions about their products or your order. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is because when I ordered my bundle, the shipment came missing an extra battery, when I called to ask why they told me it was backordered and that it would be shipped later when they got it in stock. This would have been helpful to know somewhere on their website or been told this when I was reviewing my order with one of their reps before it was shipped out. I still appreciated the quick processing and shipping of my order and the people at Drone World were very friendly and I would defiantly do business with them again in the future for my other drone needs.

I had questions on the DJI Phantom 3 Drone before ordering and Drone World responded right away. They called me and answered all questions. I ordered the drone and they helped me fix my mistake in ordering and gave me the best deal they offer. I got the whole kit and it works great.

I called and placed my order on a Thursday and they helped me decide what I needed, and then promptly shipped it, and I got it in less than a week. Great dealing with them and will order from again.

I was happy to find a drone here. Other places seemed to be on back order. I got the drone within a week or less. They were a bit slow on getting back to me for questions. Calling is not the best way to get a hold of them. My order was missing a battery, but they shipped it out right away after I notified them. Drone works great and not much to complain about. Thank you.

They have the most gear added to any KIT I've seen online. The current update I got when I called them was that DJI is no longer lagging on product so they will be no more delays in shipping. That last boy customer review Burton is crazy. I love Drone World!!! They walked me through firmware updates, got me my DJI Phantom 3 Bundle Kit early and were the only ones with the triple battery charger, 64GB memory cards & lens filters :) Plus I've made $200 with their referral cards already!!!

Got the Phantom 3 Advanced bundle with extra battery, soft backpack, and carbon fiber blades. Went with standard shipping and it arrived in 4 working days. Was pleasantly surprised to see it also came with a free micro-SD card already installed. The soft backpack didn't come with instructions for how to use the partitions but a quick google image search showed several options for securely packing the drone, controller, extra battery and other accessories. Great deal for the money.

Drone World has not been a good experience so far. I ordered a DJI Phantom 3 Kit with the 5.11 backpack with extra $70 for two shipping. I made my purchase on July 1, 2015 and July 12, 2015 still DO NOT have it. I spoke with customer service twice both times and they said it would be shipped the next day. Shame on you Drone World you received my money on July 2, 2015, All I ask is you send me my stuff when you say you are.

Drone World has an awesome site, I ordered the DJI Phantom 3 Kit with case and added accessories, sweet deal! They also were helpful answering my questions I emailed them. Highly recommend!
