I bought a new drone and immediately crashed it. Drone world paid shipping too and from their office and had it back to me within a week! I'm not easy to impress, but they pulled it off in spades.

EDIT - spring 2016: Drone World sent out a reminder email to recent purchasers to post reviews. I'm fine with that, when the service is good, I'm happy to spread the word and I believe businesses should ask their customers to post reviews. However, in the email, they offered a "free $60 drone" to anyone who posted a review. But afterwards, never heard a thing about the free drone. Kind of weird - their service was good enough to not have to "bribe" people for a review, but if you're gonna bribe someone, you maybe ought to come through? Who knows... This was an expensive purchase, and DW was great with communication and working with us for a delivery date when someone would be here to accept the package. They also did a great job of creating a full kit - multi-battery, carbon rotor, and Pelican-style case. Much better than tracking all that stuff down. Pricing was great, but unlike Amazon or other big online retailers, it was easy to speak to someone.

I purchased a Phantom 3 Pro kit. The deal was good - extra batteries, extra propellers, nice case, some other bonuses. After a few days the order was still "processing." I emailed after about a week and they replied with a quick "sorry for the delay" and suddenly the order was processing and shipped within a day. Seems like it got stuck in their system or they forgot. Overall happy with purchase and company, though.

I spoke to their representative who was very knowledgeable and able to help guide me in making my purchase. Gave me very good recommendations on what accessories I should need. Absolutely no high pressure about buying. When I called back after the purchase they helped me through understanding the things I needed help with. Looked at other products, from other sources, but nothing compared to the way you treated the customer. Everyone else just wanted to SELL you. These people CARE. Thank you.

Good people to talk with before the purchase. Not only did they help me with the purchase, they were with me via they phone to walk me through unboxing and loading all the updates. I will be buying the next generation of the phantom 3 from them. Oh, I almost forgot. They got great prices on their package deals!

I spent weeks researching drones and the best places to make my purchase. Drone world kept coming up as having the best package and the best service after the sale. I wasn't disappointed. You won't find a better package deal, faster service or better price.

When I was looking to purchase a Phantom, I knew I wanted more than just the stock quadcopter so I began researching places on the web where I could buy a kit that included all the items I needed. What I liked about Drone World was that I could call the number and speak to someone who knew what they were talking about and who took the time to answer all of my newbie questions. After deciding what kit I was going to buy, placing the order was easy and my package arrived with everything in order. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase and my experience with Drone World.

Drone World helped me out every time I called. I purchased two Phantom 3 Kits for two different school districts within six months. The uses for marketing & promotion of our school and for the Technology Education Department make this an excellent educational tool and Drone World was simply outstanding with their support.

I bought the backpack and it arrived promptly and was of very high quality. I had questions about the product and called them. They were kind enough to pull another one from their stock and clarify what I was asking. Great company and friendly customer support.

I bought my drone through Drone World after looking at the way they package their drones, more bang for buck, and speaking with their sales department. No issues with either and very fast shipping. I recommend them to all my friends and hand out the coupons they gave me.

Someone got my credit card number and used it to buy a drone from Drone World. Their fraud department is so excellent that they researched the order and credited my charge card before I even knew there was a fraudulent charge on it for $1,300+. That is what I call an excellent company! I cannot comment on their products, but they are a pro-active, consumer-friendly firm for sure. I can't praise them enough.

Ordered a $900.00 Bundle on Nov. 30th and just recvd an item today. Should have recvd everything in the bundle but only rcvd the Drone and nothing else. No response from them via my emails and phone calls. I've been hung up on twice as well. I'm really hoping they follow through. I will be back to give another review once I hear or don't hear from them. I really hope I recv all my items. Worst experience ever! Today is Dec. 21st and still no response from Drone-World about the rest of my bundle. Looks like I'll have to contact paypal and get my money back due to this possibly being a scam.
