I ordered my Phantom 3 Pro on 12/01. On 12/10 I still had not received any updates but did get prompt responses to my email inquiries. Initially I was told that their standard turn around time was 4-6 days. On my third inquiry at 10 days their response via email was that they have been inundated with orders and are processing as quickly as they can to meet the Christmas rush. While I do accept that explanation it would be more customer friendly if they just indicated that up front.

This is an awesome product. Ready to fly. easy instructions. Minor issues with connecting sometimes but still very consistent. I would recommend this drone even for the first time drone operator. Love the home button. Keep up the good work guys!!!

impressed with equitment very well built, little trouble getting it to fly, but once I got it going very happy with how it flys

I have had the unit for about 1 week. It has been really exciting to put it through the test, and start to learn how to utilize this amazing system. So far I would say 100% impressed with everything. The custom hard side case is very nice! A few friends have a P1 and P2 and really like the additions to the P3!

The setup was nice for the price well worth the value. Delivery was odd where it was a backpack in a big box jostling around, proving the ruggedness I guess. I will admit the sticker on the Quad was ripped upwards from the tight fitting of the foam however this is cosmetic and you are given colored stickers as a part of the DJI, in addition you want the foam to firmly hold the quad in place. You won't get the boxes and wrapping however I don't think you'll need them so in all the method used to deliver the product was decent.

Ordered a package from Droneworld team. Had an issue with my unit. The manufacturer was of zero assistance. Called up the DroneWorld guys and they were ready to assist me to get my drone in the air. Went so far as to offer free diagnostics if troubleshooting failed me. Fortunately, they were able to solve the issue over the phone. Would definitely recommend.

I would buy this item again! if i lost it! It's easy Ready to Fly out of the box, with a little firm ware updates and you off to the skies! I bought the P3 pro and the camera on the drone is awesome! Great quality!

Drone world answered all questions before order and delivered on the date they specified

So far, I have not had any issues with the product. I took it out to The British Virgin Islands and saw that it did quite an amazing job given the circumstances of the tropical storm that was headed my way. The delivery of the product was faster than I expected compared to other companies I've ordered from. So far so good!
