I purchased a bundled Phantom 3 Pro with all the widgets. The machine itself and the package is great, I highly recommend DJI. Drone World on the other hand is a love/hate. For my first large order (The bundle), they forgot two items. I sent them an email and it was quickly rectified. I also let them know that a Promo Drone (the small mini one) was broken in the shipping container, but they ignored that email. I ordered some extra parts (A battery, the sunshade, and propellers) a few weeks later. Got the package, missing the propellers. Sent an email and they shipped it and received it shortly there-after. Then notice the sunshade they sent is the wrong size and not what I ordered AND already paid for, have sent two emails with no response. Very unpredictable service and shipping, so a bad taste is slowly building up.

I have dealt with this company 2 times now, and both experiences reflect the integrity that this company has. I understand the frustration of buyers who placed orders around Christmas and are still waiting. However drugs were a very hot ticket item this season and if your order is taking longer than you would like I'm almost certain with the company is both remorseful and working diligently to ship

Like a previous post from someone else, I echo my absolute frustration with this company. They shorted me on my order with no indication as to when I would receive my order. I've sent three emails and called their number. I got no replies to my emails and the phone number is just a message saying "we're backed up". This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and the missing drone backpack that I haven't received is severely missed as I am an outdoor photographer who is trying to take advantage of good winter conditions to go out and get footage. It's likely this company has cost me at least one gig, if not more.

I ordered from this company even though my inclination is to order from larger vendors but Drone World had a statement on their site that vendors on Amazon might not be selling supported products. I bought one of their heavily advertised "kits" which included a pack for transporting the drone. When I unpacked it the pack was missing all the dividers inside that actually hold the drone in place--not at all like the pictures on their site. I sent two emails to sales support neither of which were acknowledged or answered. Finally I called their phone and got a recording that they were not answering the phone due to being overwhelmed by holiday traffic. There was a reference in the recording to "backpacks being backordered" but it wasn't clear if this applied to those of us who received defective backpacks and when these backpacks would actually arrive in the US. Carrying the drone around in its cardboard box is fairly inconvenient so I am not sure whether to call it a sunk cost and buy a replacement from a more reliable vendor since they aren't even answering customer calls and emails.

I started on a small, inexpensive drone for practice and then went to this. This is a great camera both for video and pictures. It takes a bit to be able to view it on the ipad and watch to make sure you do not hit trees but overall it's great. We live in South Carolina and the pictures of the ocean are so clear you can see the ripples in the wind. My only problem has been finding out any rules and regulations about flying the drone in public places. If anyone out there has any suggestions please let me know.

Drone world was great, had the Phantom 3 in stock and it came with a great kit with carbon fiber props, carry backpack etc. I used them again a second time to buy an extra battery and some other accessories and was equally pleased. Shipping was quick and free and everything I wanted in stock. Highly recommend for all DJI products.

Sold DJI reseller with interesting add ons. The three battery charger is handy though a bit unfinished.

Aside from the time it took to receive shipping confirmation, I have no complaints. They not only offer a great product, but deliver everything promised and do so with care. I have enjoyed this product, and look forward to my next purchase.

I had questions about spare parts and how to quickly get my drone repaired by the manufacturer ....the staff provided the shortest path to get my drone repaired and were very responsive to my inquiries

Drone world Is a wonderful place to buy a drone. Shipping was quick and accurate very important with purchases of this type.

I bought the DJI 3 pro with the recommended back pack. Nice pairing for taking the Drone out into nature, hiking capture , etc.

And that was the exact feeling I had when I launched my Phantom 3 for the first time. Sixty five years old and the thrill was still there. Not hard to learn the flight controls, but I would suggest you familiarize yourself with every facet before negotiating tight space maneuvers. I learned that the hard way. If you are looking for Drome world is the place you need to shop for one you be disappointed this was my first time ever flying a Drome I can fly this one perfect and their customer service is excellent

Delivered on time but needing software upgrades on drone and controller which were confusing at first. A call to Drone World put me on the right track and I was soon an "update" expert and flying on a regular basis. I have recommended this company to family and friends.

Ordered my phantom 3 bundle and recieved it very quickly, it was missing the 64g card and reader when i got it, called droneworld and they immediatly shipped it out to me. Love my drone, thanks

I received my item in great working order. The only problem I've had, is one item wasn't shipped and I can't get Drone World to contact me back.
