Everything from the order processing, unpackaging, and making my first flight was simple.... Learning flight operation was so easy that a person of any age can be a novice beginner to a pro in just a couple of flights. I recommend Drone World to anyone !!

One of the best investments I have made for my company is the Phantom 3 Advanced Drone. I use it almost daily on insurance inspections to take roof and building photos. In the months that I have owned it I have not had any crashes or incidents. I was surprised how easy it was to fly right out of the box with absolutely no prior training of any kind. This tool works perfect for me. As for the company DJI, I have contacted them a few times to answer questions etc. Their support staff has been great, always answered my question in a short time period. For a home inspector, this is the wave of the future.

After purchasing the Phantom 3 professional I called on the 5th business day to find out that it was not even shipped yet. They were kind enough to provide me with a free 2 day shipping instead and promised that i will have it in 2 days, which I did. When the package arrived I noticed that Carbon Fiber propellers were bitten up and clearly used and the remote control neck strap was missing. I sent an email to Droneworld asking them to send the neck strap and never got a reply back. The drone and the bag were in great condition.

They are really good here. The product originally said I would get it in mid august because they were out of backpacks. I got it much earlier then that. But it there are any problems or anything they are really easy to get ahold of. So great customer service you could say. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Had some problems updating the firmware in mid August of this year. Lost connection with controller and camera view. Sent the unit to Drone World and they returned it is perfect working order. Ordered a second Phantom 3 in the meantime because I like to have equipment ready when jobs come calling. Had a similar but different problem on the second unit. Happened to be passing thru LA area and stopped by to say thanks and meet the tech who helped me on the phone and by e-mail. He was nice enough to take a few minutes to get my spare unit straighten out. Real good people to deal with.

They were very helpful in helping make a decision on what type of equipment i needed and they were fast at returning my calls. The best of all they take great care on fraud purchases and they do this by verbal confirmation.. Its a great company any i will MOST defiantly buy from Drone world in the future

My Phantom Pro's gimbal failed within one week. I dealt with DJI abroad because I was traveling, and we failed to fix the error. Drone-World then gave me false information pertaining to get it fixed, and I had to deal with DJI on my own. Now I am stuck with a broken drone which they said they could help get resolved, and only delayed the process by weeks. Drone-world will tell you whatever they have to to get the sale. They do not repair DJI drones. Bottom line..... buy direct, or from a retailer who will not mislead you.

Made multiple calls to Drone World and they walked me through all of my questions. Tim did a great job of describing the pro upgrade kit to me and made sure I got everything answered. Took my order right over the phone and I had it by the end of the week. Great experience from start to finish.

I got the Phantom 3 Pro. Sadly when I got it there was a problem with the light-bridge, I sent it back they fixed it and I got it a week later. Works flawlessly now.. there was a person to talk who personally tracked my case kept me updated until the issue was resolved. I would make sure to get expedited shipping because there is only a 10 day window to return your drone if there is a problem and its not from the date received but from the day purchased. bummed the drone had a issue but the drone world team stood by there product and made it right.

Got the Phantom 3 Pro bundle upgrade kit with nanuk case. Easy order experience and free fast shipping, got it in a few days. The Phantom 3 is awesome to fly and the kit comes with everything I was looking for.

The phantom 3 professional is an amazing drone. Set up is extremely easy and any questions you have can easily be answered by dji support. The only issue I'm having is after installing the new firmware update, I contantly loose live video feed and the app freezes up and disconnects. When this happens I've been shutting off the drone, controller, and app. Then turn on drone, then the remote and then the app. It will then work for a little while before freezing up again and shutting off the app. I've had no control issues when the app goes out, it just makes it more difficult to see where you are. If this issue is fixed, I would highly recommend this product.

Ordered my P3 bundle and called with some questions. I got a quick return call and honest answers. They said the P3 was in stock but they were waiting for the 5.11 back pack, but it'll probably be in. They wanted to get me flying ASAP and asked if I wanted to wait or ship it. I got my tracking order the next day and it was all there. Great job!
