When I purchased my DJI Phantom 3 Professional from Drone world, I had a certain expectation of what I was going to recieve in relation to what they had advertised. I received my Phantom, along with all the extras, in record time and went immediately to preparing the device for its first flight. I was truly impressed with everything that came with the bundle. I especially like how many different 'bundles' they have to fit anyones budget. Their customer service is awesome and very responsive. I made my initial purchase for a Phantom 3 Pro almost a year ago and along the way, I always had questions, especially when it came to updating my drone and remote. The guys were very helpful always and pleasant to deal with.

they had a wide variety of Packages to choose from and was very reasonably priced .(compared to buying everything separately.) check out process was very easy and surprisingly the shipping was faster then expected

They have great customer service and fine prices. had a small glitch when I bought a drone package form them. They initiate a phone call to resolve problem before I knew of it. Good communications throughout that purchase. So happy with them I just bought another drone from them. Also , glad its in the same state as I am, so very fast delivery.

While there was an issue with my order (which was part of fraud protection) but once things got straighten out they went way out of their way to correct and make up for the issue. While 5 Stars shows no problems, the service which corrected it was excellent. My only compliant is that they didn't contact me about it and I had to go to them.

I ordered my Phantom 3 Advanced model from Drone-World.com mainly from web searches and reviews. Well, the revs were spot-on about this business. I called several times before ordering and the people on the other line were knowledgable, professional, and not pushy. My order was on-time and packaging was great. I had called the store because I was sent the wrong power plug with the blades (European) instead of the standard American. They sent me a new one the same day. That's pretty good customer service. I'm definitely going to use this company again for my DJI Phantom needs.

I bought a DJI Phantom 3 Advanced bundle and initially had problems with the drone and could not get it to fly. I had to return the drone and was initially told they could not accept the return because we had to register the drone in order to try and fix it. Customer service reached out to me and offered a solution to the problem. They ended up replacing the drone and adding in a good amount of freebies to help make the situation right. All you can ask of a company is that they proactively try to do the right things to make customers happy when there is a problem. Drone World succeeded for me in a big way, and I am appreciative of their effort.
