Had a 4 month backorder on the DJI mavic pro but that was all DJI. Drone world did charge my card up front for the pre order.

Phantom 4...This thing is a machine. Plain and simple: if you are serious about aerial videography and want a reliable, powerful, capable drone with a slew of features...this is the drone for you. After I bought this bundle I ended up upgrading to the Mavic Pro, but would certainly recommend P4 and Drone World for that matter, if you are thinking of ordering any model made by DJI. Fast and secure shipping. Responsive customer service.

I am 100% happy with my purchase from Drone world. I had a question and they replied right away. I would rather purchase a product like this from a company that knows the product and has the time to help as needed

Drone world is the absolute worse No communication, tried several times to contact by phone with no luck Finally I had to call my credit card company to ask for a refund After 3 months they could not send my items and no contact whatsoever Do no recommend drone world Will never order anything from these people

I absolutely love my DJI Phantom 4 bundle. Of course the drone is awesome; but, the 5.11 backpack is very nice. It holds everything including all accessories and an Ipad. Very easy to carry.

I had a lot of reservations about purchasing something so expensive online. The website did provide some good information but I needed to talk to someone just like you would at any hobby store. I spoke with Josh and he was able to guide me through the website easily and was more than patient with me. I can now say I have full confidence purchasing my incredible drone through Drone World even though these cost more than my brothers car. hahah.

I ordered the phantom 4 pro back in Dec and they delayed shipping for so long that I had to get my credit card company to intervene and cancel the order because nobody at the company would answer the phones or respond to email so that I could cancel the order. ****Updated **** I received a email requesting me to erase this unfavorable but accurate review in exchange for goods which I denied for obvious reasons. The point of the review is to protect future buyers or least give them the heads up, I feel strongly that reviews should be earned and not bought. So my viewpoint is even worse of this company, instead of fixing the problem they attempt to sweep it under a rug. Stay away from Drone World!

I cannot Express the magnitude of Excellence that Drone World embodies as a company. They went Above and Beyond with their customer service as well as the integrity of the Phantom 4 package itself. Along with the glorious Phantom 4 I received the Backpack, Hard case packed with all the goodies you could imagine to make the flying experience unforgettable. From the SD Card, Battery Pack, Power Bank, Extra Propellers, Adapter for Android, an extra battery charging hub, a 64GB SD Card and card reader along with a pen, lanyard AND a mini drone. I mention all of these things because they were packed down to the detail to set the customer up for success. I know I did get some bonus goodies that they didn't need to throw in but, like I mentioned...They went Above and Beyond. I also wanted to mention that the flying experience is WAY more user friendly than I thought. I can't wait until I get more advanced and use the Phantom 4 to its full capacity. I am grateful for such a great experience and I will be recommending Drone World to everyone I know.

I conducted a purchase from Drone World consisting of their Phantom 4 Pro + Executive Kit with accessories. I can tell you our experience was nothing short of perfect. I made the purchase on behalf of and by my employer. Since the unit was purchased by a government agency and not an individual, the process on our end is a bit cumbersome. Purchase order, check run; I could go on and on. The point is Stephen and Keri are experienced with our process and needless to say that was a huge help. We found them both to be extremely responsive and professional. Here’s the timeline of our experience with Drone World: 01/17/17: First spoke with Stephen and explained what we needed 01/20/17: Stephen provided us with a formal quote and we accepted 01/23/17: Received Drone World's W-9 to establish them as a vendor 01/25/17: Sent Drone World a PO generated by our finance department 01/25/17: Several hours later I received notification that our order shipped 01/31/17: Order received, including all add-ons That’s 2 weeks (14 days) start to finish. I’ve been in government for over 30 years and I can assure you it’s extremely rare when a vendor can work that fast while navigating within our purchasing system. The equipment received was immaculate. Each piece was meticulously packed to prevent damage from shipping. All of the promised components of the kit and purchased add-ons are present and in impeccable condition. This first drone is part of a pilot program (see what I did there?). If our program expands there is no question who we will call for more equipment; Drone World. Thanks Stephen and Keri!

I saw both bad and good reviews and did not know how to evaluate. Drone World is a newish small company, and so my inclination is to support them. At first they did not get back to me, but then they emailed and made good by apologizing and providing a substantial discount and personalized service. For the final sale of the accessories, I got a phone call and personal attention. I would say they made up for their initial faux pas. I plan to use them again.

This is a revised review as my first was very negative however Drone World came through above and beyond to make my customer service more than acceptable. My only issue was the response time on emails and phone messages. This was all after the holidays which from my understanding, they got slammed pretty hard and were just playing catch up. Once they did respond they went above and beyond to take care of me. I would highly recommend them and will most likely be ordering from them again!

So we ordered our drone -the mavic pro bundle kit for $1449 back in December with a shipment date of Jan 15-18.. credit card was charged immediately and over the past two weeks, we have called daily from different phones, left voicemails as well, no one has returned our calls, emailed sales AND, order status multiple times and we still haven't heard anything. All I want to know is when the package will ship. Because when we go on their site, the shopping has changed from Jan to Feb to March.. I spoke to a rep at dji.com and they said they are shipping out orders from dec on Jan 18, but they can't say the same for third party companies. I want to cancel my order if it's not going to be shipped until march but if it's being shipped on the 18th of Jan, I will keep my order placed... can someone over at drone world please help us! It's really frustrating to not have any help when we spend so much money on a product

I ordered the Phantom 4 Executive kit on December 27 and did not receive it until January 10, 2017. (1-3 days was the stated shipping time) When I opened the kit for a detailed inspection and to charge the batteries, I found I was missing the sunshade that I had to specify in the order and one of the batteries will not come to life. I was also missing the mounts for the CF blades. I understand things happen in this world of technology and orders get shuffled. We were able to get everything sorted out and the missing or defective parts were finally replaced.

If I had the option to put 0 stars on the review I would! I ordered a phantom 4 pro beginning of December and went to open it on Christmas... it was the regular phantom 4! So in conclusion I paid $1500 for a $1000 dollar drone. I've been contacting them through email and phone since December 26, 2016. They have yet to contact me back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!. Very mad!

I bought a phantom 4 executive kit, and the remote gave ME trouble. sent it back for repair or replacement. well they sent it back to me said it works fine ,but it don't. They finally answered the phone after calling for three weeks. they said to return I AGAINt, and I still don't have the return label they said would be sent the next day... still nothing.... DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM DRONE WORLD.
