Love the bundle. Customer service needs work!

Throughout DJI's manufacturing delays with the Mavic Pro, Drone World kept in regular contact, providing updates on when I could anticipate to get my drone. And despite the fact the manufacturing delay was not their fault, they even sent a free mini-drone as an apology for DJI's delays. Very classy. This was my second drone purchased from them, and I'll keep coming back given how well they treat their customers.

I bought the Mavic Pro, there was a huge backlog but drone world kept me informed and were very open with their communication. They even sent me a free mini drone to keep me occupied until the real one arrived :) I would thoroughly recommend these guys and will use them again for all future drone and accessory purchases, thankyou to drone world.

I had received the wrong bundle from DroneWorld. But, after one phone call (~20 minutes) they had ordered my missing components for me, and sent me a label to return the extra things I did not order. Receiving the wrong bundle was definitely inconvenient, but the remedy was definitely easier than it could have been. --EDIT-- I lowered this rating from three stars after an attempt at bribery from DroneWorld to raise my review. Which tells me that the other reviews for them might be artificially high. Hope this helps. Here is a direct quote from the email I received: "Thank you for your review. I was waiting for the mavic pro and after long delays I upgraded to the Phantom 4 pro and I am very glad I did. Drone-world's packages are very inclusive and I have everything I need to be very comfortable.

I purchased the Phantom 4 executive kit V1.0 last year. The experience I had working with Drone-World was amazing. I had Manufacturing issues within weeks of receiving my Drone and when I contacted the technicians they were nothing but courteous and professional. They sent me a brand new Phantom 4 within in days of informing them of the issue! I couldn't be more pleased and cannot wait for my next purchase through them. Thanks Drone-World! Hard case is great for protection and carrying nearly everything you need for a flight. Did not receive a charger when shipment arrived, but a quick chat online got the upgraded charger and the original charger headed my way.

I received my drone one day late and the extra battery never shipped until I contacted customer service. However customer service was easy to talk to and they handled all my needs just fine and in a timely manner.

Awesome people at drone world! I recently purchased a falcon drone with all the upgrades. When I receive the package it was in perfect condition . I am a newbie to this fun sport, so I wanted the best, and Drone World delivered. Top notch experienced tech support with great attitudes. They seem like big kids like me! I'm 50. Lol! I had a small technical issue that was easily resolved over a quick phone call and they were sending a new part. But not only did they send a new part, they went above and beyond and sent me additional pieces and accessories for my phantom falcon edition drone (probably worth 100 bucks or more) for the minor inconvenience. I am an Electrical engineer of 30 years. I assure you these guys know what they are doing. Kudos to everyone at Drone World. It is great customer service that keeps retun business. And I would advise anyone to purchase through them. Nick was my tech that assisted me. He talked me through the whole (simple) set up. Great job bro! Having a blast with my new drone! Amazing technology!

Without a doubt the hardest thing for a reseller to do is keep your customers happy when you are unable to ship the products they have ordered. Drone-World's sales staff was always very helpful and curious on calls and emails. I can only wonder how difficult it is to have thousands of backorders to fill and no product available to fill those orders. Once my order was available for completion it was filled and shipped on the same day and I received same within 2 days.

Having owned and bought quads long before it was a thing I was excited to see the kit available with just about all the things I would have ordered with a new setup. The range extension works amazing and is not overly large addition to the controller. The extra props and battery charger are spot on in whats needed and not over or under kill for the setup. Little things like the silicon cover for the controller and memory cards and cases for things and the solar filters are just the icing on the cake. The case is the best case Ive had so far. It fits everything and then some and it is rock solid in protecting your setup. The backpack they sent as an added bonus was well made although I have not used it the case is just the right size to be able to take everything with you so I use the hard case 100% of the time. Anyone looking to buy a new Phantom 4 setup I highly recommend this kit as you will probably spend more finding all of the parts included in it and will want them at some point anyhow.

I've had excellent experience with DroneWorld! I'll definitely do business with them again. It's even been better than dealing with the manufacturer directly. They've always been very helpful, knowledgeable and expedient.

I searched the Internet for the best price. I could have got the drone a little cheaper elsewhere, but that would have been just the drone. Drone world put together this awesome package and I saved over 800 dollars as I was planning on buying the other items as well. I do not know what your situation is but 800 is a good sum to me. With the 800 I saved I was able to buy 4 extra batteries. No worries about flight time now. I had one battery that was DOA, I called and they shipped one out that day and I got it the next day along with a return shipping label. Some of the best customer service that I have every received. Lifetime customer!

This drone is amazing. The drone and all the equipment is of the best quality. I would highly recomend this package the backpack drone case makes for a very easy and comfortable transport of the drone.
