I bought a drone and a spare battery from Drone World. The spare battery wouldn't charge. They replaced it immediately. This was my first drone and I had a lot of "newbie" questions. Drone World was great in timely answering a lot of emails with my questions. My purchase and all communication with them was all online. They were very fast and professional.

*Revised, please read the entire comments. I received a defective unit that crashed immediately during the initial launch. I attempted numerous times to contact Drone World via phone, emails and voice messages. No one from Drone World ever responded to my emails or phone calls. After spending $1600 plus dollars, I deserved better. I wouldn't recommend Drone World to any potential buyers. On 03-22-2017, a representative from Drone-world contacted me and discussed my concerns. Furthermore, he apologized and explained in detail that they were overwhelmed with orders and understaffed during the Christmas holidays. At the conclusion of our conversation, the representative for Drone-world sent me a free P4P battery for my inconvenience. The bottom line is Drone-world admitted their mistake and retained me as a future customer.

I had an issue with my Phantom 4 Pro and Drone World swapped it out. I bought around Christmas time and I they they were a bit overrun with orders. So response was a little slow. Still waiting on my polar pro order so time will tell on that one.

When Phantom 4 pro plus came out, I looked on multiple websites including eBay and amazon and shopped for best package and price! And of course, I ended up buying mine at Drone World! They had the best bundle package and the lowest prices. After receiving my drone, I had to call customer service for some software issues...They were very helpful and friendly. I am glad I went with Drone World!

Best customer service around. I needed special attention on this particular kit. This is the third kit that I have bought from Drone World. I needed this kit within two days and they got it to me including the original packaging for inventory reasons for my business. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and dealing with particularly Brendan Arms. I'm about to make a fourth purchase in the next few weeks for Mavic pro.

I originally ordered the mavic pro but since it was back ordered I was able change my order seamlessly in exchange for a phantom 4 pro. Great customer service!

These guys actually goofed on another order I had placed. They not only sent the corrected order overnight (to Hawaii), but went the extra step and reviewed my other orders. They found I had a Mavic Pro kit on back order and sent it out as well. I received it 2 months sooner than I would have (my friend who ordered his same kit at the same time just got his (it's 3/5/17, we ordered in December, and I got mine beginning of January. He got his las week.) Right on!

I purchased the Phantom 4 Pro with the carbon fiber wrap, I received it within a week. I am very satisfied with this product. The only down side was I ordered the Carbon Fiber props ($119)...these do not fit the Phantom 4, as they are the Phantom 3 screw on type, so I am out the price of these. Customer service is great.

There were no surprises with my Drone World order. I got prompt notice when my Mavic Pro arrived and was ready to ship. Packing was first-rate and everything arrived safely!
