I just reeived my new Mavic Pro. I ordered a Mavic Pro Fly more combo a couple of months ago. Drone World has kept me updated on any delays and estimated times. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them to anyone.

We have been happy with the quality and service of Drone World so far. They have been helpful in working on answering questions and assisting in repairs.

They did a wonderful job of keeping me informed with shipping and delivery. All without those annoying spam emails several times a day like many online companies.

I purchased from Drone-World because they actually answered the phones when I called with questions. The package really provided me with everything I needed.

I ordered the DJI Mavic Pro Fly More Combo in early December. Due to a DJI shortage/backlog the drone was not delivered until just last week. This was something that was out of Drone Worlds control. In fact, all other DJI retailers were also affected by this same Mavic Pro backlog. Fortunately, Drone World provided good customer service. They routinely emailed me with status updates regarding my order and even sent me a free mini drone to compensate for the trouble. So far, I am very satisfied with the DJI Mavic Pro. It was very easy to set up and has a very high end camera while continuing to be consumer friendly. Overall, a great company all the way around.

The controller didn't work out of the box, After a quick review of the situation, they asked me to send the unit back and then sent me a new unit that worked. Very quick and responsive!

This is one of the best places to buy an all in one kit. The problem with being the best is that everyone orders them from here so they get a little over loaded. I ordered my kit 12/8 they said it would take a month....I got it around 3/1.....That wasn't really there fault the kit I order was backorder from the manufacture. The only problem I had with Drone World was that they never answered the phone or emails for a month. I am giving them 4 stars because they turned it around and were very good about sending order updates without even asking after the Christmas rush!!!

The sale was seamless and incredibly responsive! The site was easy to navigate and the selection was amazing. Delivery was sooner than expected. There were absolutely no issues with my purchase and looking forward to the next one.

After doing some research I wasn't sure which drone would fit my needs best between a Phantom 4 PRO and a Mavic. The team at Drone-World answered many of my questions and lead me to the proper choice while submitting and shipping my order on a timely basis. That being said I'm very happy they convinced me with my Phantom 4 PRO purchase as the Mavic would have been great, but not fully suitable for my needs.

Came on time..had problems but they fixed them ..great prices...

The guys at drone world did an excellent job taking care of me during the DJI backlog when The Mavic was first released. I will use Drone World again for all future purchases. Shipping was fast and service was great!!

It was worth the wait. It came with two extra batteries. Easy to fly and a great camera

Spent almost 2,000.00 dollars on my husband for christmas at drone world, items shipped with backorders and no information regarding backorders. Took several calls and emails before I finally got a response. They told me two weeks and they would ship 4 weeks later after several calls and emails I finally got a hold of them again and they were in stock and shipped. It is almost impossible to get good, responsive service at drone world. I will not be using this company again.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered bar none. They don't answer calls or reply to emails. I have no idea how they are still in business. I would have put zero stars if an option.

They have good customer service and care about helping you and the Drone In a timely matter.

Drone World definitely needs to step up their support side. I sent unanswered emails to orderstatus @ drone-world.com and gave up on emailing them all together. I utilized the phone support most, but even then I would have to literally call 30+ times to ever get anybody to answer the phone. However, when I did actually manage to talk to a real person, they were courteous and helpful. If I deal with them again it would only be for an "in stock" item, and I would probably still be cautious with what I ordered. Nothing too expensive because even though I did finally receive my order, I didn't get everything that was supposed to be in my combo. I am missing the sunshade.

I have just gotten into Drone flying and filming and found a special on DroneWorld which met my needs and then some. Able to start my hobby off with a bang! Got multiple batteries and a great case to take me drone around in. All for one great price! I have even ordered a backpack from them and it came pronto as well! I will be ordering more from DroneWorld! Great service and speedy deliveries!

I recently purchased the DJI Phantom 4 PRO bundle kit. It was everything that DJI and Drone World said it would be. I highly recommend this drone and package for the droning enthusiast.

I don't know how many people are working for customer service at Drone-World, but they seem to get things done quickly! They have always been amazing for my business, Veteran Unmanned Solutions. We they a customer in us for a very long time!
