ORDER IN DEC 16 STILL DONT HAVE ALL MI ITEMS, SCREWED UP MY TRIP TO REMOTE SPOTS ,I LOST $1,000s IN TRAVEL WITH THEM NOT MAKING SHIPPING DATES AND STILL DONT HAVE ALL MY ITEMS... THEY SUCK DONT BUY FROM THEM....

I have been in the tech industry for a number of years and have owned at least 1 of every type of tech during that time and I can say this is the kewlest device I have ever owned.

They made an effort to respond to me, I would have liked a phone number that didn't go right to a recording but they did always respond to my emails.

Let me just say that it's only after it being a month since ordering my Phoenix Edition P4 that I can truly give an honest review. The beginning experience with Drone World was really very positive and I had nothing negative at all to say about them or my purchase. However... My third flight up and the beautiful, yet expensive Phoenix came falling to earth because of some internal malfunction. Again not a Drone World problem per se and to their credit since it had not yet been a week, and the flight logs confirmed that it wasn't pilot error they agreed to replace it. And while that is awesome and the right thing to do etc. it's also where their true customer service begins to show it's faults. I decided to upgrade to the P4P (Phantom 4 Pro) and dealt with Tim Estrada. Here's the thing about Tim; he has the propensity to promise the world via phone and even email but then he inevitably fails to deliver. Failing to deliver would be bad enough but where Tim Estrada and his Drone World customer service team really, truly get the capital "F" is in their follow up, follow through and communication. With one question about when a particular item that was left out of my "Executive Kit" would arrive I sent 5 emails and made 3 phone calls...no seriously. Finally I just email blasted the entire sales side while also cc'ing Tim Estrada and got a fairly prompt response. Finally. Still don't have the item mind you but did get a response. As of today, more than a month after placing my original order and paying almost $3k and I'm still am not able to go outside and fly my drone. The remote Tim sent me wasn't the "helicoil upgraded" version he and I talked about via phone and that I ordered, so nearly as soon as I received it I had to send it back, along with the case so they could send me one that would accept the new antenna. Where is my remote and case you might ask...? Great question and one I would love to know the answer to. Just sent a third email and called with no answer just to find out and yet I still don't know. So if you are looking to spend this kind of money on a drone you'd do much better than to spend it here. Because while they have great adds and great packages of combined goods it's not worth any of it if you can't get support after the fact! Drone World is amazing at taking orders in the beginning and then God forbid you need anything ever support wise because if it's not taking an order (read money) then you'll not get a response. My suggestion is to either buy from your local brick and mortar hobby shop or from another online retailer. Perhaps one that spends less on ad copy and more on their support staff. For this kind of money and product you deserve fantastic customer service & support and Drone World is just not that place. Good luck and happy flying! Drone World was quick to answer my questions and keep me up to date when I ordered my DJI Mavic Pro. Once received, everything was packaged correctly, nothing was damaged or missing. Excellent company to do business with.

I am very satisfied with the purchase from Drone World. The order and projected date of delivery was accurate. I do not have any complaints and can only applaud their customer service team who provided quick responses (to emails) and options to satisfy my order.

This purchase my first interaction with Drone World. My emails and phone calls prior to purchase were informative and helpful in making my decision to purchase. Delivery was prompt and complete within 4 days. Great drone that preformed easy with instructions. Because of this I have not had use their technical dept (yet). I am looking forward to future purchases as parts/upgrades are needed.

The only thing I did not like was the wait time... BUT that was DJI not Drone World. Drone World kept in touch and kept me posted so at the end I am perfectly happy. Great job!

I can't say enough about this company and my associate that helped me thru this process of purchasing a drone. He was the best. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a drone.

Shipment arrived ahead of schedule. Staff has been very helpful in answering questions. Would recommend Drone World to any serious UAS pilot! Will be doing business with Drone World again soon.

Product arrived on time, however, there were a few minor things missing such as the lanyard and gimbal protector. This was quickly resolved by Drone World. As for the Phantom kit, it's a great value and simply makes sense to purchase. I will definitely purchases from Drone World in the future.
