We ordered the dji phantom 4 pro. It shipped pretty fast and came in a great rolling and protective case which we love! Came with even more assessorcies than we expected. Which is great. Highly recommend the site and products.

I cannot recommend Drone-World enough! From the day I ordered the Mavic Pro to the day it was shipped, the folks at Drone-World stayed in constant contact with me. They over communicated to make sure I was aware of the production delays from DJI and as soon as they were aware of updates, they sent them straight out to their customers. I could not be happier in spite of the delay DJI caused.
So worth the wait! Service was great, Drone World kept me updated via email. The Mavic Pro is awesome! It was easy to learn and use, takes great pictures/videos, & the remote control is comfortable. I highly recommend DJI Mavic Pro!
I ordered the Mavic Pro end of December and received it at the end of February. Although this item was on back order, and we would have like to receive it sooner, Drone World was quick to respond to my inquiries and continued to send out updates when they had a better idea about timing. I appreciated the quick responses.
Their service is very bad. I purchase my Drone before Christmas and I still have not recieved all the the items. They sold me the executive package but they did not have all the items and I had been trying to get in touch with them and no luck.
The Mavic Pro bundle was definitely worth the wait...however my package was missing the lightning cable and the sunshade. I contacted customer service, but no answer yet. Besides that, awesome products!
drone world is a great company, they shipped very fast came early and packed with high standards! however, I did not receive my mini drone, lanyard, or iPhone cord which was a bummer, also the lense filters they sent weren't even usable on a dji so I am awaiting my new ones, I am sure there was some Christmas confusion, and stay understanding about it. Also at the time the p4p filters were not out yet. Enjoy!
These guys are great. If you send a question they will get back to you by the latest the next day. They have kept me upto date on where the drone is as well as taking the responsibility of the drone manufacture wjen the manufacturer is having trouble keeping up with demand. So thank you drone world.
Drone World not only kept me abreast of my drone's shipping progress (very popular drone, on back order) they also suggested the right accessories to make my foray into the skies more than enjoyable....
I had a great experience ordering from Drone World. First of their prices are the same that you would pay from DJI but Drone World has some extras that I didn't see ion DJI's site. I know my shipment was on back order do to DJI, but Drone World was good about keeping me updated and had my oder to me within a day once they received it. Thanks guys!

I purchased the Mavic Pro bundle and it was on back order...Luckily I received my Drone in 7-8 weeks and The Mavic Pro was everything that I expected. I'm still learning the flight modes and when this NEW ENGLAND weather gets better I look forward to flying it more.

Drone World executed everything flawlessly
Drone world was extremely helpful in my drone selection based on my individual needs. The drone arrived 6 weeks after purchases and was easy to setup and start flying.
After my purchase a couple days later I had notice from UPS that my order was processed but 6 days went by and it stayed the same. I contacted drone world by email multiple times and had absolutely no response. My bank account was charged the first day and I began to believe I was never going to get my order. Finally someone answered the phone on day 7 and told me the free mini drone that came with my order was on back order and that's why my stuff didn't ship and that it would ship that day. Later that day I had someone reply to my first order telling me to check the ups tracking which still stated that it was only processed and did not answer any other questions I had in my email. I never asked for the tracking because I already knew that... 4 days later I received my package via ups and was missing multiple items that I was supposed to receive. There was only one packing slip paper in the box and it did not actually have what I was supposed to receive. Instead it was a back order list that said my extra battery was on back order yet I was missing the battery, the mini drone, an sd card, and a USB plugin. I had to contact drone world again and about 4 days later was finally answered and the items were sent that day. It took another 4 days to ship the items to me: california to Washington state... overall I was not impressed by drone world and would order directly from DJI next time.
