Ordering online was easy and it showed up on time.

I ordered a SaltDip Digital Salt Tester on 5/11/2023 on 5/12 they emailed me and said it's now on backorder and will be delivered on 5/17. I find it odd that when I ordered it, nothing said it was on backorder and this made me feel as though they knew it was on backorder but wanted to take my order as to not lose a customer. I hate to think this, but it's how it made me feel. It wasn't I called customer support and they said it will be coming in the next week. It didn't come and i received a call from Kaitlyn on 5/23 saying that all would be delivered, it was not. I then got an email saying it would be delivered on 6/17 and it was not. I called on 6/20/2023 and the agent said it was to be in and shipped but he doubted that it would. I asked to speak to a manager and was connected to a supervisor who was very nice, but shared that the manufacturer has not shipped any to them and they have never received one SaltDip in their inventory since 5/11/2023. It has been overall a very poor experience with minimal updates from them as well.

Box arrived broken and missing pieces and faceplate screws. Called and was told to get a printed return label emailed. Need credit applied to my account # 1001868740 Please and thx

Disintegrating after 6 months warranty covers nothing. Bought a pool cover from this company at the end of the summer last year 2022 and 6 months later the entire pool cover is ripping, disintegrating, and the bubbles are flaking and breaking off into the pool. Contacted the company for the warranty and found that the warranty this company offers covers nothing for this poor quality product. Complete waste of money for something that didn't last 6 months in the WINTER. Order # 1001684758 20 hours since I submitted this review and it is still not on the site. I wonder if the reviews on the website are even real at this point in my experience.

When I ordered on line I got what I ordered in 2 days. I set it up and with in 2 days my pool was clear. I got a new filter and pump. It really does the job. Thank you

I ordered a 1.5 hp pool pump and received a 1 hp pump. I returned it and they sent another. The 2nd one I received was also a 1 hp pump. Then they told me that is all they had even though they were advertising a 1.5 hp. Didn't offer anything for all my wasted time. They just said return them both and we will credit you in about a week.

I've tried ordering the same product 4 times. I've been in contact with customer service. They just keep telling me to reorder, then it gor flagged for suspicious activity, but they told me to reorder again. And still will not process order. Customer service has been zero help, they just say try again. Extremely frustrating, don't waste your time with this company. Order from elsewhere.

Had a fire, ordered new equipment. Was sent the wrong item. It took over 20 minutes on the phone to straighten out. Called back 2 times to see where my delivery was, was told the 1st time it would arrive next day. When the equipment finally arrived I no longer had an installer. Equipment sitting in the box waiting to be installed.

The product and delivery were good. But, I had ordered a valve, not knowing that a valve was included in the filter assembly I ordered. When I attempted to return the unneeded valve I called your customer service line because I was unable to find return instructions on your web site and instructions were not printed on the packing slip. Your customer service representative also did not know return instructions and put me on hold for 30 minutes. When she returned I was instructed to send an email with photos of the unneeded item and would be charged a restocking fee. I shipped the item back tp your returns address according to your reply to my e-mail and have yet to receive any refund. Please clarify return instructions on your web site and on packing slips to assist customers and please process my refund.

Why did I have to goes through this hassle up on receiving the order it was the wrong order I had to call wait for a return receipt go out of my way to locate a Fed EX store for me to mail back the wrong order then it cost it me a additional $ 10.00 why did you put me through that Anyway you owe me $10.00 please let me Kwon, I need some PH powder.

First time purchasing from Doheny’s and I was truly impressed for a number of reasons. I purchased a Hayward pool pump. 1) their pricing was better than almost everyone else and 2) I received the item in 2 days. Above this though, the most impressive part was that the pump was damaged (not sure if delivery issue or not) but the customer service was excellent - they immediately sent me a return label and shipped a new pump in 3 days. The new one was perfect. This is the mark of a truly professional company. No doubt I will purchase from them in future!

Buyer beware of ridiculous return policy. I purchased 2 items that were shipped from a vendor. The items were the wrong size. I called to return items and was told after my 2nd call, that they were less than $40 so I could not return. I called for the 3rd time and was told that yes- I would receive a refund and to not return the items and I would receive an email. No email so called again and then was told that no refund- however if the 2 items totaled $40 that I would receive refund. I spoke to 2 supervisors getting different information from all of 6 people I spoke with. If I had known that there was a $40 minimum I would have ordered from 1 of the other pool supply stores. Very unhappy with the policy and the differing customer service responses.

I needed a new Hayward pool pump as soon as possible. Contacted several local pool suppliers, nobody had one in stock and was looking at 4-5 days before they could get one to me. No local or any online company could match the price or quick delivery that Doheny's provided. Ordered the pump Thu at 230pm and received it Sat 930am Fedex.

Most of my order arrived promptly. One item was damaged during delivery and Doheny’s was quick to acknowledge the issue and offer to re-ship or provide a refund. Refund was handled promptly. Great customer service!

WEBSITE WAS WELL LAYED OUT AND FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED

Absolutely horrible. We bought a new winter cover last year and it had a big rip in it over the winter. Made it one year! When we got it it has a warranty on it. Ha. We did everything they asked and we kept getting the run around. Always told we would here something 24-48 hours, then 10-14 working days. Finally got an email saying they won't be at fault. Don't use cheap material and we wouldn't have an issue. Never will buy anything from them again.

The price is always better. I received my product just a couple of days after I ordered. I wished I would have bought the floor guard with my liner because I paid twice as much locally. Again thanks

I have been buying from your company for a long time now and everything comes prompt on time or even earlier than expected. Prices are not out of this world and They always send catalogs out. What you order is what you get!

I ordered a pool cover and it says it would be shipped the next day. The fact was it wasn’t shipped for two weeks. Something obviously was wrong with your system to indicate that it was not in stock. I finally received it and everything‘s OK but I would’ve expected to have known that when I placed the order.

I wish you could have cut the solar cover a few inches longer. Its a little short . when I put the straps on is short on the deep end. my previous covers had at least 6 inches on the end.
