I am very upset with the company. I ordered a 24' solar cover on May 23rd and it was on backorder. The shipping address was incorrect so I called and talked to two different reps without getting any assistance with the problem. I sent an email to the company and got a response that the issue can been corrected. On June 6th, I again called a rep since my order was past its back order due date. The 3rd rep proceeded to tell me my order can been cancelled and I would have to reorder the solar cover making it at least June 15th before my order would arrive. Needless to say I did not reorder with the company and will take my business elsewhere.

Wrong pool pump was shipped and they kept saying it was what I ordered. They finally realized that the part number on what I got wasn’t what I ordered. Also would be nice if they spoke English.

I was delivered the wrong item. You quickly sent me a mailing label which is on the box that needs to be returned. I'm waiting for FedEx to pick up. I am a returning customer. I have bought numerous thing (pool, pump, & covers) Never again. Ordered a pump received without basket. Called to ask for them to send the replacement and was told I had to wait two days for my final shipment (hose)was received to see if it was with that order and call back and then they would ship it if it wasn’t with the hose. The basket comes with the pump and should been shipped with pump. But my fear was since everything was not in the box with pump that it was a return. Plugged pump in and guess what nothing. It didn’t work. Returned pump waiting for refund. Sorry, I had never received such bad customer service from Doheny before, was great when I ordered pool a few yrs ago. But they have lost my future business.

The worst experience in my life!! First of all I haven’t received my product which is already paid and I have been contacted you guys since last week but no response would you please respond what the heck went wrong? Thank you

order showed shipped and gave a delivery date the tracking showed the product not moving 2 days after expected delivery date we contacted fed ex and they said they never received the product (pool chemical) which we needed asap doheny advertises next day shipping when we contacted the company after talking to fed ex the company said product lost on transit and order never went through but they could resend it was already 6 days and our pool was getting greener we asked for a refund and was told it would take a couple days to show up it has beeen 4 working days and the refund hasn't hit our account yet will not use this company again due to service and lack of communication with us regarding our product not being shipped but we were charged too many other good companies out there to waste time and money with doheny's
