Correct parts at a reasonable cost.

Website is easy to use. The only issue that I had was that the delivery was not next day as it read. I really didn't expect next day, but it did take a week to get some of the items. Not a huge deal, just wasn't what was said when ordered

We purchased 2 large items, a pool cover and 4 filters. The filters arrived quickly but the cover has been postponed twice. Hoping it arrives today. Usually I don’t have bay issues with Dohenys and have purchased many times.

I recently purchased a Hayward Natural Gas 150,000 BTU pool heater and I was very pleased with the price. When doing a price check comparison, Doheny's was $500.00 cheaper than other on-line competitors, as well as the local pool supply business. I recommend using Doheny's if you want to save some $$$. In addition, I ordered on a Friday and it was delivered by the following Tuesday. That's service!!

Pump hooked up easily to the Hayward filter system. Shipping was quick and package was free of any damage.

This is the worst company to do business with ever. I tried to order a salt sell from them they would confirm it and cancel it three times I finally went to IN THE SWIM A LESLEY COMPANY AND THETE SERVICE WAS TREMENDOUS this dohenys is a scam outlet they have a terrible customer service base and can not supply products STAY AESY FROM THEM THEY SUCK

You order a 4500.00 slide. You get no tracking or communication from thus company. Your order shows up today and the slide has poly damage to it. I will be filing a claim.

My first pump did not work , One phone call and another pump was on its way

Pool heater was delivered on 6/12/23, carton was severely damaged bit product APPEARED to be ok??? I reached out to document the issue in case it leaked when installed. I was directed to call Hayward since it was delivered more than 10 days ago. I contacted them on 6/12, immediately after delivery. Great company. Never buy anything of value from them again! I even supplied pictures. I tried to call but there was a language barrier with the person at the call center. I should have paid the extra money and went to the local pool equipment supply store.

I ran a quote for myself through their website. While I was running it, a pop up window appeared stating that there are specials that I need to call in for that apply to the specific shaped pool I was quoting. So I called to inquire and the agent flat out told me "there are no specials. We just have that on the website to get you to call. Its just marketing 101". I have been a marketing professional in the hospitality industry for over a decade and a half and have never used untrue statements to get customers to call. Very poorly done.

I have zero problems with either shipment from Doheny's. Products are high quality, and the info in the catalogs are correct and pricing was great.

I cant believe I had to send the wrong package back before you would send me my pump that was already paid for... I will never buy even a stick of gum from a so called family owned business!!!!! The delay that I went through caused my pool to almost turn green... Absolutely pathetic!!!!

We have ordered products from Doheny’s a couple of times with absolutely no wait times or problems! Delivery usually faster than they say.

I placed an order. Called to cancel and they denied to cancel order. Saying that the FedEx slip was already made.. not true i received an email stating the slip was processed on the next day. I don't want this order .they force it on me, have a bbb complaint to your company for the way they did business and forced me to keep this order I DIDN'T WANT

Quick deliver and product was exactly as advertised.

Purchased the heaviest most expensive solar cover and received the cheapest thinnest solar cover. Requested an adjustment for wrong cover and was told that I had an eight year warranty. That is not the issue. We always use the old cover as a template to cut the new cover so can’t imagine how it could be returned. Originally purchased the heaviest cover and lasted about 4 years. Then purchased the middle weight cover and fell apart in two years so went back with the heaviest cover this time, but received a thinner and lighter weight cover than I have ever seen. My guy cut it to fit the pool and hauled away the last one after using as a template to cut this one. I don’t mind getting a new one every three years or so but this cover is not what I paid for.
