1 star too much. Spend your $ @a different vendor. Orders take too long to arrive and when they do, you'll be disappointed with the quality of the item. Then after following all their instructions for refunds (while item s still under their warranty), but of course, damage s not covered under their policy. After two different purchases, I've learned my lesson. Buyers be aware.

I ordered a rubber gasket for my doheny pool pump basket and what I received is a mettle washed that at the hardware store cost $.30.then I was told you don't carry a gasket. How can this be possible it a doheny pump why would you not carry a replacement gasket. Just crazy

i want to return the order!!

I ordered T-Cell-15, a $900 item, it was to arrive the next day. I called 3 days later, put on hold way to long, the dep't wasn't opened yet, you were supposed to call, you did not. Called again 1 week later, put on hold for a very long time, no idea where the part was, asked for my money back, they couldn't do that because miraculously it was shipped. Terrible experience, next time I will order from Amazon.

The speed at which I received my order was the most remarkable aspect of my experience. I was truly amazed.

DO NOT ORDER CHEMICALS FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a 25lb bucket for chlorine tablets from them and I went to use them in the pool & they did nothing but turn my pool foamy. NOT READING ANY CHLORINE!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Original order never arrived. Called and asked about it and was told a second was being shipped out right away - never arrived. Called Again AND the chlorine finally arrived. Then it was reduced in price. Very bad customer service!

I have been a loyal Doheny customer for several years. I ordered a Navigator Pro Pool Cleaner 5/31, cost $379. In the past 1 or 2 days and I have my order. This order I wait 2 weeks and nothing, I call 5/14 and got a run around from someone that was hard to even understand. I call back 5/15 the cancel the order, I was promised conformation of my cancelation in email form by Mary, however 12 hours later nothing. Lucky for me, I found the identical Navigator Pro at 2 different competitors for $299, so much for "Pay Less, Get More." I have no confidence I'm not out of this mess yet, they had no problem billing my credit card 6/1. Extremely dissatisfied!!

I was sent the wrong liner. Was told I would receive the right one in 3 days. Its been 5 days and have not recived it. Day 5 I finally got my tracking number. I've tracked it to be delivered tomorrow.

The delivery was fast. The steps are not easy to put together and the instructions are not clear. While adding the steps, etc handrails Then on the last page of instructions it shows steps put together before adding handrails and curved steps. That should have been on the first page I will order from your company again

Yall canceled my order with no explanation. Now i have 15 crying grandbabies because yall didnt send pool liner. I have never had a problem with this company .. But after the covid thing and not seeing grands during that time we thought getting pool open for grands would be a kind of healing time and making memories. But now its not going to happen. Yall were the cheapest i found but now we just wont have pool for grands. Thanks alot

What went wrong? Well, let’s see I spent an hour. If not more when I tried to purchase this to make sure I got the right cartridge for my filter. I even had the employee of yours check previous purchase history to make sure they did not send me the wrong cartridge and guess what I was sent the wrong cartridge when I called to complain about getting the wrong cartridge. I had an employee hang up on me and telling me to calm down because I was talking to her because I was upset and I couldn’t get my pool open that day because I had a wrong cartridge so I will no longer be ordering from your company.

I was told that one item would be back ordered everything else with the ship. They gave me a date for the shipment that was we can a half ago. I just called and was told they didn’t know when they would have it to ship. I would have never ordered anything if I would have known they were lying to me.

Doheny's generally has the best prices and ships in a more than reasonable amount of time. I would suggest they provide Uni-bead liners for pool kits. That may have been only reason I only bought my pool related equipment and not the whole pool.

I placed an order for in-pool loungers and risers (that are needed for the loungers) on 4/5/23. It took a month to get the loungers and only after I called a couple times. It is 6/15/23 and I am STILL waiting for the risers that I am told are on back order week after week. This week I was told that these are shipped directly from the manufacturer (not from Doheny's) which prompted us to contact the manufacturer (tenjam) directly. I got an immediate reply from tenjam and they had to contact Doheny's to get my order that they NEVER placed! Hopefully I will now get them, but only because I took matters into my own hands. Doheny's customer service is USELESS. I will not order another product from this company again.

Fast shipping, great price, quality product. Easy to install.

I ordered the wrong part for my pool and when I tried calling customer service to find out how to return the product, each time I spoke to someone who spoke and understood limited English so it took forever to even get a return shipping address. I was not offered a return label from the company and it cost me $65 to return the item. Doheny only offers free shipping when they ship the wrong item or it’s defective but not if the customer makes a mistake. Why would I continue to order from them when I can get free return shipping from other companies such as Amazon? Not very good customer service, especially for a repeat customer.
