My experience was great with the company. Shipping was super fast.
My order was for 2 SKU 5015 and 5 gaskets for the same. I only got one set of the SKU 5015 The sales person I talked to said that the parts did not come with the o rings. Thats the only reason I ordered them. I want my other parts.!!!!!

I ordered a solar pool cover, it didn't come with the clips or straps. All other solar covers I bought the straps and clips came with the solar cover. How are you supposed to use it without the clips and straps. You wanted to charge me another 34.00 for the clips and straps when I called. VERY POOR !

Issues with the payment when my bank approved the payment so ive never actually bought anything from this company. And when I talked to someone each person I talked to could barely speak english. And the ones I talked to kept saying it was on my end when it actually wasn’t it was your company’s side that was denying my payment
