We cancelled our account in July 2022, but this company has continued to withdraw fees from my account. Company has blamed us for not responding to supposed calls and emails from an employee who “has left their company” when we have no record of either. Really, really would like some resolution and a refund!

I've been using Canadian POS for 4 years now. They've been consistently good, and I received excellent customer service from Michelle, today. My complaint is that the fees slowly creeped up without being disclosed to me. I was told that I was sent physical mail to advise me of the fee increases over the years, which I did not actually receive. Recently, a competitor contacted me and offered to lower my fees (to what I originally signed on for with Cdn POS). I called to find out what I was paying and it was triple! Michelle lowered them again - thank you - but it sucks to know I've been overpaying for years now. My advice is to keep on top of your statements!
The Representative who helped me was very Kind and Patient. She was able to address my concern and provide options in an efficient and timely manner. This has also been the case when running into troubles with our processing machine last year. Great customer service all around.
