SCAMM!!! j'aurais donné 0 étoile. J'ai payé 300$ de frais pour économiser sur mes taux de carte de crédit, on m'a promis des super taux et ce n'était pas le cas. J'ai fini par payé plus cher qu'avant.
Great customer service
My promised moon, but no, pays and pays again. Promised free registration, that it would cost me $15 to $25 less than my other one which was $65, should have cost me less than $300 for 6 months and I paid $800. The service is pitiful, takes 1-2 weeks to get a response. To cancel everything a month and a half. Always errors and mention to me, it's going to the bank nothing more to do...a real joke...
Clare contacted me from an email I sent, requesting a replacement base for my Poynt POS. She explained why the whole unit had to be replaced and made it happen. Two days later, she followed up to ensure the replacement went well.
Michelle answered all my questions, connected me to the appropriate department, checked all that needed to be done before continuing and moved ahead with swap out of equipment when we all decided it made sense.

I'm so grateful for Matt, Clare and the whole team for their support and great service. I highly recommend them to other business owners whenever I have the opportunity. Lindsay was very helpful in getting my new pos machine quickly and at a reasonable rate and Michelle was very efficient with a phone call to let me know that I did not need to return my old (owned) machine to them.
They are just thief who steal money. I cancelled my account on April 2023 but they keep me charging from my bank account till September 2023. Every time i called they never gives me any resolution and just open a ticket which doesn't go anywhere. I spoke several time with one of their manager and he just listen about the problem and tells you that he will call back that he never do. I am still waiting for the solution. I have been with them for almost 4 years and i learnt my lesson. Everyone stay away from this company.
