Clare is an awesome customer service rep. As I saw from other reviewer. I called to cancel due to not updated competitive rates. She saw I was on it trying to get it done before month end , and when it wasn't she made sure I was not charged additional fees. Side note, maybe offer current customers your new client rates?

Clare hit it our of the park , 100% home run . Had issues with our units , could not believe that she even called back to make sure all was good . If she worked for us I would be tickled pink to have her on our staff . Keep up the great work Clare Thank you again !
Service as a whole from Canada POS was questionable, I was a merchant for over 5 years and was never offered better rates until I called to cancel and switch providers. The cancellation process was also a pain. However, the last customer service rep deserves 5 stars and some recognition. Michelle was very diligent and quick! If only there were more Michelle's around.

Call back after signing up not good and some how they didn’t set up debit transactions

Empty promises to reimburse any FEE incurred during switching period. Now the debit is not even working and trying to reach out to them for more than a week. No one responds back. What a joke.
The Rep made it a motive to get my issue resolved, Once resolved She called back and double checked.!
Your divices showed up 3 days after our event. Even though we ordered them 1.5 months in advance, called 3 times a week before to make sure. Now even though we recieved them to late for what we are using them for, we have to deal with getting them back to you

Just when I thought everybody had given up on me and my issues with an app on my terminal would never go away, Michelle calls! And an issue that had been happening for far too long is resolved in 10 minutes! That's what I call top notch. They were looking out for me and I didn't even know it.
