Michelle is great. She happened to take over the charge since Nick was on leave. She called me on the resolution of the issue and left couple voicemails as i was not able to pick the phone up. She could have waited for me to return those voicemails but no, she went step ahead and sent follow up email. This happened on 2 different dates so one can tell she is good in follow ups and its her routine. Unlike of other reps, who usually transfer you to technical department for resolution of issues, she as a practice grab them on the line while she is still there as customers voice. She take charge of customer's problems and lead the discussion until its resolved. She can paraphrase the detailed issue so technical team can understand and is good in keeping the distractions away and making everyone focus on the matter. She will hold technical team accountable and ask them questions on customers behalf until resolution is reached. I wish i could have recorded these calls and make my team hear in my business as a learning process.

We are writing on behalf of a client from Elavon and Divvia. We have had a rough 2 weeks trying to get a credit back from Elavon concerning a terminal credit. I have had Nelly by my side the entire 2 weeks trying to help me and get to the bottom of a solution. After today i am beyond satisfied with Divvias professionalism and positive attitude to help out Elavon customers. I would like to thank Claire, Heidie ,Darrel and especially Nelly for their hard work to help us out.
Michelle had software on the other line ready to go so it was quick and efficient. They advised me of anything I needed to do.
