The good: They have friendly staff that try to help and are responsive. The Bad: Seems like internal communication is a problem. I had ordered my devices 3 weeks in advance but a few days before opening had someone call to set up a request. Of course they arrived late and only 1 out of 2 had a SIM card installed. Overall a positive score but I'm probably being nicer than most.

This review is about Michelle, not Canadian POS. Michelle was very helpful, pleasant to talk to and dealt with our issue in a professional manner. She was able to sort out the problem quickly.

CLARE made my experience great!! She is empathetic, knowledgeable, and has a wonderfully calm presence on the phone. Our company was having big issues with our P.O.S machine. We called Thursday . Monday another one arrived. within a few hours we were back up and running. Big Thank You to Brianna.S . A very pleasant and helpful person. Her staying involved in the conversation(s) when we speaking to other staff was much appreciated.

i usually don't like to leave a review or rate people but honestly the service that i got from Clare was really nice and she actually solved my problem that 2 reps before her couldn't help. she really deserves a 5 stars and for Canadian POS would like to say that you guys are lucky to have Clare in your team. thank you so much guys

Clare assisted us recently with a DDA change. She was so professional and helpful through the whole process. We reached out multiple times with questions regarding the application and Clare was always there to help us. Thank you Clare for such great customer service !!
