The good: They have friendly staff that try to help and are responsive. The Bad: Seems like internal communication is a problem. I had ordered my devices 3 weeks in advance but a few days before opening had someone call to set up a request. Of course they arrived late and only 1 out of 2 had a SIM card installed. Overall a positive score but I'm probably being nicer than most.

Our company was having big issues with our P.O.S machine. We called Thursday . Monday another one arrived. within a few hours we were back up and running. Big Thank You to Brianna.S .
