When I was facing some setup issues, I had the fortune of contacting Clare Wanzama. She was able to answer all of my questions (which there were many of). When she needed to involve outside parties, she would take that away and get back to me in a timely manner, making sure that I was in the loop every step of the way. She made sure every little thing was taken care of and it was as minimally impactful on me as possible. Quite honestly, Clare offers the best, friendliest, and most professional customer service that I've experienced in a very, very long time!

Service suck! Dec/22 as a new customer, the equipment doesn't work due to unable to charge. We got left out without proper working equipment!

They were unable to help, were rude and when I signed on with the company, they did not explain that the machine wouldn't function as the other had. Now we are left with a problem that is based on a lack of clarity in the initial process.
