Dealt with an Agent Matt, He had me fill out so much paperwork, then constantly calling for more info. Week after week passes with more forms to fill out. He failed to return my calls to get things finalized, this took over 6 weeks total waste of time and I decided to go elsewhere as result. I went to Evo and they had me set up with POS terminal in hand within one week. In response to Canadian POS reply: The processor did not reply to my multiple Messages that I left him, so your claim that my "application was not approved" seems incorrect, and misleading, as I have seen no evidence of your claim to be factual. I will never revisit opportunities with your company due to my experience, and the further aggravation by the misleading claims you are making here.
Great people to deal with and trustworthy. You know what you are paying and paying for.

I dealt with Lindsay throughout the whole process; start to finish. She helped me decide which system was right for my business as well describe in detail leasing options, monthly fees, etc. She answered ALL my questions beyond what I expected. She definitely knew her stuff and it made me feel very comfortable dealing with her and trusting her opinions. After I received my unit I had some additional follow up questions and I did not hesitate to email her and ask and she replied almost immediately. Communication is fast, effective and efficient. This unit (at the time of this review) is very new to our company and we have not really yet had a chance to use it so I can't really review the full company as a whole properly, but I do know that having employees like Lindsay are a strong and extremely valuable asset and it makes me very secure continuing a business relationship with Canadian POS. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this company for all your POS needs!!
Good company. I had many issues with the set-up, but Harry has always been there to solve them and make it right.
To whom it may concern, On July 17 I got my machine. The sales rep called Charlie said I had a month free to try out this machine. I currents have my machine that I am paying for. I agreed. I got the machine with no manual or anything to teach me how to use it, i made transactions on July 17 and on July 18 I looked into my bank and no deposits. It is imperative for my business to receive transactions the next day. I called in customer support and a nice lady called Andrene gave me all the info I needed. I made changes through the portal in order to receieve the money the next day. Today is July 19 and I still don’t have the money on my account. But I have a charge from elevon, who is elevon? For 35 dollars for the machine. I was told free month trial. Now I am paying for two machines and I still don’t have the money in my account. VERY CONCERNING!!
Can I talk to someone please. I have NO idea what's going on. I need to talk to a manager. I don't need a salesperson. With appreciation Amir

The sales person ,Felicia, was helpful., When I text her the difficulties that I was having, the text wasn't forwarded to her and I thought I was being ignored. When she found out about the problems she quickly made things right and now everything is running well.
Charlie King was great in answering all my questions and concerns with regards to the switch over and the other support people were helpful and patient as we waited for a good day to change over. The follow up calls were answered quickly and to satisfaction. Bill
