They did not set up gift cards as requested. Then a HUGE runaround to try at get it set up! 24hrs later still not set up AND want to charge us 50% more than quoted for gift card transactions. SO NOT IMPRESSED with this company!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you to Florence @ Canadian POS for helping me with my E-Commerce cancellation request. We have been customers of Canadian POS for a few years now, and have always been treated great. I signed up for an E-commerce account only to find out I didn't need it several months later, and Florence made the cancellation process super easy!

after we went through my statement and I was shown how much I was getting charged as compared to what the cost is going to be with POS it was an easy choice

Been using Canadian POS for months now, Their services are great and Customer Service is excellent! Florin was very patient with understanding my needs and questions and went above and beyond to resolve the questions I had about my billings. Thanks Florin, I appreciate your Excellent Customer Service! And Canadian POS as a whole. They truly value their customers enough to hire competent and caring service reps!

device bug when we are with customer... in city we dont got 3G and network error after call support they say all etting is fine and he cant do more but the terminal dont work 4/5 signal on cell phone and aroud 3/4 on the terminal but all transanction fail saying network error... reboot 3 time after 3 day (using other terminal) i tested the buged terminal and it work but now i dont real trust poynt terminal

poor customer service, be aware the rates will not be what you are sold, they claim you can cancel anytime but the real intent is to get you locked into a equipment lease for 48 months (no cancellation), took over 12 weeks and still fighting, please consider something else

I think the biggest thing for me is that there is almost too much information with out someone to help you navigate it. I was sent "too" many emails so did not understand what they were all about. I got help once I called in, but I think you could have done better if there had been someone to tell you step by step what to do. Part of my problem is that I don't have a lot of time so to have to wade through lots of emails and not know whether they are important or not. Still confusing who is who and who to call when you have questions/problems.

Very poor customer service. Slow getting things done. Told one thing and when time did come to take training and set up it was different in the pricing that had been quoted at time of sign up.

Je ne suis plus avec canadian pos mais je dois dire que Chifa est une personne extraordinaire qui voit a satisfaire ca clientèle. Elle est a l'écoute et fait tout son possible pour nous consommateur. Merci de ta disponibilité et de ton dévouement. S'il y avait eu plus de personne comme toi je serais probablement restée. J'apprécie infiniment tout ce que tu as fais pour ma compagnie. Pour toi seulement je donne 5 étoiles les autres ...au niveau service surtout le vendeur en mérite peut-être une tout au plus. Bonne continuation ma chère Chifa.
