We've had nothing but problems with our 2 new units. Everyone has been very helpful but nothing is getting rectified.

Rep told me he would be my personal point of contact but pretty much after signing he disappeared. The support staff were there and someone called me to check the day I got the machine but no one mentioned an issue I just ran into today. We needed to do a refund but you sent a machine with a $1 refund limit. This should have been the first thing said to me when your rep called me for setup help. Here how you say "Sir thank you for signing with us we just need to set a couple of preferences for you to get you started, what would you like the refund and tap limit for your machine to be sense for security reasons we ship the machine with a $1 refund limit set." If this wasn't bad enough I have called in recently asking about a refund that was upcoming and no one checked this setting at that time either. I know that the rep who sold me this asked me for this info but I guess he didn't bother to set it. Now I'm told 3 to 4 business days before I can refund anything. We will now have to stock cash for any potential refunds we needed until this get's fixed. For the one today we will be sending an email money transfer at our expense.

best machine i have ever used in my business adam is great guy to deal with i give him 10/10 POINTS I ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIM TO 3 CUSTOMERS

Expérience exécrable! Très mauvais service, Représentant aux ventes malhonnête. Une fois que vous êtes engagé dans un contrat, il est presque impossible de vous en sortir même si ce que l'on vous a promis est loin d'être ce que vous aller avoir. Ne faites surtout pas affaire avec cette compagnie malhonnête!

Machine did not work when it arrived. Debit charges showed as not going through but ended up charging all the customers by the end of the day. Because we tried customers cards a few times to try to make it work, we ended up charging customers 4x what they owed. This incident has caused us to have some upset customers, and caused us to make a lot of apologies. ***THIS PROBLEM HAS NOT YET BEEN RESOLVED AS STATED BELOW!!! REFUNDS WERE ISSUED OVER 7 DAYS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT GONE BACK TO CUSTOMERS!!! SPENT THE DAY TRYING TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESPONSE.

My business is new to Canadian POS it is to soon to rate. It has been thus far a positive experience. After one month in the truth is revealed. I received my statement and there is not 1 credit card at .2% as they advertise. After asking and being told there is no monthly fee there is a $5 charge. Under the impression I am dealing with Canadian POS and not being told I am now in a 2 year contract at $36 a month with another company. The email they send and tell you that is all you pay is a farce.

The sales person is good but she got the wrong information because the terminal was not synchronizing with my Shopify web site and that’s manly the reason why I decided to change my terminal with you.

I like the service and the product now if can just help with the previous service provider they charged me 249.00 dollars which when I called they would make that it would not happen again. If they can make that happen then why not give the money back they would not give it right away back but at the end of the month so I canceled with them only to find out they now want 500.00 dollars to cancel for the their poor service. Poor service.. problem with Poynt terminal. Called March 25, 2019-no returned call yet March 26. Now i must be away for a few days and cant resolve the issue until i come back. Talked to Sales Manager he told me that they would supply and Ingenico BUT the reason I switched was for the Poynt POS machine I have an Ingenico. It is like saying your Cadillac doesn't work, we will give you a Chev as a replacement

Just completely horrible. The sales person, Adam, has pestered us for way too long after being told no. He was embarrassingly rude when confronted. I cannot believe he is the face of the company for prospective clients. Disgusting

Wow best ever POS service and tech I've used in 20 years!!! Shop local Canada this is a Canadian service and just Wow... puts First Data to shame. Thank you so much for changing our outlook on POS services... my customers LOVE POYNT!!

Our experience was one of confusion- They did not seem sure on documents to be sent and wanted information not necessary. We got the run around on approval as a customer. We hooked up our machine and used it and still haven’t received our funds in the bank after several days. Also requested a name change on our machine printout and still has not been changed.
