Well let’s start from the beginning. I was told all my stipulations would be met no problem. Did not happen I was told I was told I wouldn’t have to do any programming. 1 hour and 50 min later I believe I was lied to , put off, the right did not talk the the left hand , I was told one thing and put off to another person. Everyday transactions and ordinary accounts are processed efficiently. There is a disconnect between sales reps and technical support people when it comes to anything out of the ordinary types of account set ups.

Difficile de rejoindre quelqu'un, même avec tout les numéros de téléphone disponible, très compliqué d'avoir un service en français, les courriels sont pratiquement tous en anglais et personne ne rappel lorsqu'on laisse un message. On m'avait vendu POS comme un compagnie canadienne et j'avais un très meilleur service en français avec mon ancienne compagnie américainne

Having Tobias as our go to guy made all the difference with our experience with Canadian POS. He is quick to reply, searched to find the right answers. He really went above and beyond to find solutions for us. He is a gem and I hope they realize how lucky they are to have him.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. After lots of high pressure phone calls I finally agreed to try it out. They forgot to mention there was an almost $500.00 set up fee and I do not even have a terminal. My system is virtual. There are more extra fees than you can shake your head at. Don't waste your time.

The customer service is excellent but the products ie. Payment machines only work a fraction of the time and are constantly not accepting payments from all types of cards. I would appreciate a phone call to talk to someone that can either help fix the problem or send me a much more reliable older model machine as this problem has become worse as time goes on and it is impacting my business. My first phone call went well. Then no responses. Just emails of documents they wanted me to electronically sign with no explanation or human contact. I reported an error on the first document they sent me to sign. No response…two follow ups from me…and then a new email requesting electronic signatures. Yes…the error was corrected…but a phone call or email or ANYTHING communicating what is happening or what they were doing would be required if they expect more than one star.

I had very happy time with Canadian POS, Valerie Sebbag, Senior Account Executive. Phone: 1-877-748-2884 Extension 466. Valerie Sebbage hepled me with a lots of patient, she solved all my problem from other company, she made me feel much less stress.I feel so warm with her. I love her service and I want to give her 10 starts instesd of 5.

Utterly awful company with no customer service. Trying to get hold of anyone is a nightmare and they never call you back. Literally use anyone else for your service. If you try to contact anyone they take a message and it disappears down the drain. The worst worst ever!!!!!

Would not recommend. Sales people make false promises, get you to commit and then do not answer your calls. Sent a machine that could not accept debit, accidentally sent second machine to a separate province. Completely unorganized.
