Votre département technique et administratif très efficace et polie. Par contre j'ai transféré mon service Interac chez vous avec des promesses, vous vous occupiez d'annuler mon ancien fournisseur ce qui n'est pas vraie, le vendeur m'a dit que depuis notre conversation les politiques ont changés??? en 2 semaines !! je suis très déçue car je n'ai pas le temps n'y envie de donner des explications et me battre avec eux. ont m'a confirmé que si il y a des frais de résiliation vouis les payerait, j'èspere que c'est vraie. mauvais service les paiements et les frais intempestifs sont la raison pour laquelle j'ai demandé l'annulation du contrat il y a un mois et ce que j'ai reçu était une charge de 122 Dlls j'ai besoin de mon annulation maintenant et du retour de mon argent

Very Bad. Should be no Hidden fee. but they have a lot hidden fee. they said 0.20% for credit card but actually its 2.04 ~ 2.11% annual fee and monthly fee.

I had nothing but a great experience dealing with Canadian POS. There a few hurdles in terms of paperwork to overcome, but Valerie made it her personal mission to get everything done. An amazing job done, and I would recommend them to any other business that is trying to save money on the back end

Easy to operate and set up. Only issue is a small capacity of terminal printer. Rolls are small and need to change it few times per day. Some problem with printing as well. Need to reboot terminal and call technical support.
