Les frais initiale sont légèrement plus élevez que ceux mentionnez mais reste acceptable quand même et le service a la clientèle est présent comparé a d'autre compagnie !

The shortened version is that there was a mix-up with our account, a new MID was created in error and we were billed twice for some things - this was an issue that took a while to sort out, but our customer service rep (Salma Ibnoucheikh) was very helpful and supportive along the way. She was friendly and patient, despite how confusing the mix up was!

Scammers, scammers, scammers. They are real scammers. They hacked my google account by sending me an email to activate a terminal. After contacting them, they were never accepting my call. The guy i was dealing disappeared. They kept withdrawing money from my account for no reason. If you need headaches and disturbance, go with them . After posting an online review the boss guy called and promised to pay me back 1st of next month (I deleted my review after his promise) . Its been 54 days, they have not paid yet. Plz plz stay away from these thieves top to bottom workers. They are horrible. Shah Wildlife, BC

Hi!! I have had nothing but, not great, but outstanding service from you guys!!! Your staff is friendly, they don’t rush and they explain everything in detail. It feels just about like talking to family lol! A great big five stars from me!

Matt and his team are amazing. Not only did they give me a great rate but have very extremely responsive to my needs since signing on. THe Converge app is easy to use and very efficient. I recently had an issue with signing in.....love that they have added security which as it turns out shuts down your IP address when there are too many failed login attempts. When I called with the problem they were on it right away, knew the problem and got me up and running again in no time. Highly recommend this team!!!!

Si je pouvais mettre aucune étoile je le ferais, cette compagnie vous promet n'importe quoi pour que vous signer rapidement, c'est le pire choix de ma vie de faire affaire avec cette compagnie. Ils vous mettent beaucoup de pression pour signer rapidement, vous font miroiter des choses qui ne sont pas vraies, vous charge le double de ce qui vous disent au téléphone et vous n'avez rien à dire car ils prennent l'argent direct dans votre compte.

Canadian POS offered me a great deal. I wasn't ready to act on it at the time, but I asked the rep, Charlie to call me in 6 months. He did call me back and he held the rates the same. The rates are awesome and should save us $500-900 per month over our previous credit card processing company. Set up was easy right out of the box. I'm happy to be saving money and dealing with a company that does what it says it will do.

Canadian POS, I have to change my first rating of the company, although we may have got off to a rocky start My sales Rep, Kate and most recently Jasper. have made my experience with CDN POS. most enjoyable.
