First Rep. to sign us up was good. Good communication as well as daily phone calls. Once signed everything went downhill. First the pos machine base was missing the battery. We called and explained, then we received two more (in separate boxes) tops. To this date, still no battery for base, which we cant use. Trying to get in touch with Customer service is a joke. Each time with an hour's wait on hold, and twice just being cut off altogether after this wait. Two websites to download, neither of which we could open. Poynt/ Godaddy we have to be INVITED, Really ? and the other Mypaymentsnsider.com (which is the one I want for the monthy Reports) has been updating its website for over a week now so still not able to see any reports on there. Late one evening before going to bed I decided to try tech support one more time thinking that the wait might be short. Thankfully it was and a nice man from Elavon in Colorado sorted me out and explained a lot. Now I know that cdnpos is the middle man who supplies the hardware.

Salesperson did not inform me of the one time $300 fee for Ekevon. Otherwise they are easy to contact and responsive fur service and sales.
My terminal unit came in a timely manner, and my experience with customer service for setup was very prompt and efficient, the agents were very pleasant.

Kishan took care all my issues that other Elavon techs couldn’t. He change how I felt about the company when I was about to leave.
Onboarding was quick and easy. Was already using a different provider on the same platform but their rates are better.
I recently switched from Moneris Solutions to CPOS and have no regrets. Superior service, superior terminals and excellent follow through on commitments and communication. Rates are better, and they proactively call you to see how things are going. Above and beyond! Harry Hyman is outstanding and Kishan Pooran was excellent with support.
