Keri was given 5 stars due to her exemplary customer service. Numerous telephone calls were made to customer services personnel to rectify the situation to no avail. Keri was able to rectify, she exercised patience and had great listening skills.
I would like to note, that after dealing with multiple staff regarding an issue at our pub. Finally once Clare Wanzama got on the case, she made it effortlessly on my end and took care of everything at priority level. This matter was stressful, and I was passed along, with different answers with no surety from others. Promises were made for a smooth transition before we switched to your company and started using your card processor. Our bank account has not received a single penny since our first days batches! Some people have since been helping get this problem under control, but it does not make up for our costs and troubles since day 1 !

Not what made my experience give 5 stars, but WHO: Salma Ibnoucheikh. Salma Ibnoucheikh was the first person that I spoke to at Canadian POS that actually knew her stuff. She was incredibly polite, helpful, quick and knowledgeable. I was ready to switch to a different company, but Salma Ibnoucheikh made me rethink my decision.
