I took my partner to the jewellery quarter to choose an eternity ring. Pam was our sales assistant. She showed us several options based on the description of what we were looking for. She offered advice and opinion but was not too pushy. We returned later the same day to make our purchase, where we debated over two sizes for a bit longer! Pam was very patient and helped us to make the right choice. Great service, thank you Pam!

Myself and now fiance visited the design centre on Saturday 26th jan and we were greeted by a lovely lady called jayne. She was really helpful and knew her onions. She was patient as there are so many rings to choose from and try. As we were from Crewe she managed to get my choosen ring to get it resized so we could take it away on the same day. So its just to say a big thankyou jayne for looking after us Love Corinne and Martin xxx

Visited this lovely shop yesterday and received absolutely wonderful service. Not really knowing what type of engagement ring I wanted..the lovely Jayne couldn’t have been more helpful. It was my first time that I had visited the Jewellery Quarter. I’m so glad that I stumbled on this jewellers. I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff.. I would especially like to mention one member of staff, who went above and beyond to help me. Jayne, thanks so much for your patience and time. I love my ring that I purchased from you. I admire it everyday. You were so right about the sunlight catching the diamonds. It sparkles and dazzles. I have received lots of compliments. Very poor after sales service. I bought a pair of diamond earrings from them worth 1400 pounds in December 2018. The back of the earrings was really long and hurt my ear when lying down or resting. Within a month, in January 2019, I went back to the store to tell them about the issue and requested them to shorten the back. They told me that they can't fix it and wouldn't cover the cost for fixing it since it was a problem that "I alone had" and that they weren't responsible for it anymore. That's a pathetic and miserly attitude given the initial cost and recency of purchase. They're definitely not getting any repeat business from me. I do hope that others learn from my experience and choose a store that offers a more professional after sales service and takes ownership for products bought from their store.

I visited the Design Centre on August 15th to look at wedding rings with my fiancé. The service I received was second to none. Jayne and Daksha were so helpful, not pushy at all and completely understanding of my indecisiveness! It was a comfortable and painless experience that ended with me finding the ring of my dreams, with all credit to the ladies for making it so relaxed and calm. I was able to find a ring that was absolutely beautiful for an amazing price, so I cannot recommend them enough. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area - they will take amazing care of you.

I bought a watch for my niece’s 18th Birthday and she needed to have the watch fitted. We both found the staff Very helpful and friendly.

My husband,myself and friends visited the Design Centre on the 4.2.18 My husband purchased a beautiful diamond necklace and earings for my special birthday.Just wanted to say that we were given an excellent service by a lady called Jayne.We must of been in the jewellery shop for over an hour.She was really helpful and made us feel special.I tried on many necklaces to go with the diamond and eventually found what i was looking for.She was kind to us all and she even cleaned my friends jewellery for her. The service was excellent and we would highly recommend visiting the shop as all the staff were friendly,not pushy and did not rush us with our decisions. I bought a diamond ring from this shop yesterday (30/12/2017). Jayne the sales assistant was very professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond her sevice for me yesterday. Everything was done with a very polite attitude and a lovely smile on her face. Jayne made me feel very relaxed and as if i had all the time in the world to choose my ring. Jayne made me feel very relaxed and very special, as if i was the only customer in the shop. The discount both Jayne and her manager gave me on my ring was incredible and a lot larger than I ever expected. The craftsmanship of the jewerly was second to none and well made. Hence I came away with the most beautiful diamond ring ever yesterday. It was the first time I had used this business but it definitely won't be last. I will recommend the shop to all my friends and family and inform them of the excellent service they can expect from the owner of the businesses and their well manned and trained staff that they employ. Once again I cannot praise Jayne enough for her professional judgement and her wealth of knowledge whilst serving me yesterday and helping me choose my diamond ring. I will defiantly not hesitate to use this business and establishement again in the future.

We used The Design Centre again as I had won the monthly draw with them in February so I had a new bracelet which my husband treated me to. (paying the extra cost). We wanted a white gold one but they only had a yellow gold one in the shop. Diane was so helpful and managed to arrange with the suppliers to design a white gold one.The bracelet is beautiful and I'm so happy with it. Thank you Diane. Please ask the assistants in the shop if you cannot find something you particularly want as they are the most helpful and will do all they can to help. Will definitely be returning here in the future.
