Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was a return visit for me as the quality of their products is fantastic hence I returned to buy from here again. Have bought many pieces of jewellery at this store over the years we have always found the staff very helpful and friendly without being too overbearing. Nothing is too much trouble. With many other jewellers in this area the Design Centre have always had the pieces we were looking for. Excellent after sales service.

I recently bought an engagement ring at the Design Centre. Before venturing into the jewellery quarter, we found many jewellers online that we wanted to visit. The Design Centre was our second visit and we were impressed from the get go- with an impressive selection of rings and great customer service from Dave. Dave was clearly knowledgable, talked through lots of different scenarios around the ring design and wasn't pushy with the sale at all- we really felt looked after. We decided to visit a number of jewellers afterwards but decided to come back here principally because of the customer service we received. We visited a few more times to finalise the design and I picked up the ring this weekend. The ring is very high quality and I feel it was reasonably priced. Dave made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable. We will undoubtably be returning in a few years time for our wedding bands.
I was brought to the jewellery quarter by my best and most trusted friend, looking for a special pair of earrings. After looking around a number of shops we came to The Design Centre. Dave, you were excellent! With no pressure we were guided through the options to make a bespoke pair of high quality diamond studs, from quality of stones to setting options, ensuring they were just right. Excellent, honest no pressure advice with sparkling results.

I cannot recommend Design Centre enough for helping my fiance and I choose our rings - Bina, Daksha, Ella, Dave and team were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had a loose idea of the style and stone we were looking for, yet despite changing our minds a few dozen times, the team were kind, patient and professional. We will be recommending Design Centre to all of our friends and family.
10/10 experience! Visited design centre for the first time three months ago, left feeling positive with regards to my research on buying an engagement ring. The staff are very knowledgeable and went out their way to ensure that my vision of the perfect engagement ring was pursued. On my second visit I bought my engagement ring; they had a great selection of rings, all types / designs, and even had the ability to search for specific diamond criteria on their iPad for me easily to compare diamonds. Having the ability to do this gave me confidence in such a big and important purchase! I cannot fault the customer service at Design Centre - I was served by Bina and Daksha, and I'd definitely recommend visiting here for all ring and jewellery enquiries! We went into the Design centre with an open mind. Ella, who met us, was interested, knowledgeable and informative. She showed us a variety of products and wrote them down for us to consider away from the shop. After experiencing over zealous sales people from alternative shops we returned to the Design centre. Ella's approach was delightful. We are very satisfied with our purchase and the discount provided. Definitely recommend the Design centre
My partner and I bought our wedding bands from here, Dave was the person who looked after us and we were really happy with the service he provided. He was knowledgeable, patient and quite funny. He was very helpful and wasn't pushy but knew his stuff. Ultimately made the experience as lovely as buying wedding bands should be. Very satisfied with the service and the product, we will come back to buy the eternity ring! :)

Nothing but great words to say about Design Centre, my partner and I went in looking for an engagement ring and immediately felt very welcome and the staff were very helpful with the types of rings, cuts and quality of the diamonds. We soon set on the perfect ring which was made to the exact size required quite quickly. We were so impressed with the engagement ring and the service that we returned to choose our wedding rings a few months later, to receive the exact same quality service and even remembered who we were. My husband and I visited the Design Centre on Saturday 2nd March looking for a bridal set, for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Pam, the assistant who helped us, was friendly and knowledgeable, and we left with the most beautiful platinum diamond bridal set.
I visited the Design centre on Saturday 16th February. I went in looking for something very specific and all the staff in there were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Pam the lady that served me couldn't do more for me and I ended up coming away with a purchase of exactly what I was looking for. Very reasonable on price and the piece of jewellery is made to a fantastic standard. I will definitely be going back to the store for any future needs and would recommend them to friends and family.
