I recently purchased a wedding band from this jewellers, the service was excellent and they were so patient and forgiving towards my two year old who insisted on going crazy in their store, the item I wanted was in stock and they offered me a fabulous discount. Not to mention a beautiful box to keep it in. Would definitely buy from them again.
It was my daughters 21st birthday so we were looking for something special, this was the 1st shop we called into. The assistant Tina was very helpful letting us try different options on, we finally decided after about 20 mins of deciding between 2 different styles. Tina was very patient no pressure to buy anything. Excellent service.
Visited the Design centre in Birmingham back in December with my partner to look for an engagement ring.. I went with something in mind, we had been into so many shops I think I got completely ring blind.. The Design Centre was so different, friendly and super helpful.. Angela was incredible, she was so patient with me, I tried on a LOT of rings, nothing was too much trouble but I just couldn't find what I thought I was looking for - Angela suggested she threw in a curveball and brought me a ring to try on that was nothing like I asked for - it was stunning!! It was the one, I didn't want to take it off.. I didn't get that service anywhere that day.. Angela listened to everything I said and more importantly everything I didn't say.. The date is now set, guess where our wedding rings will be purchased from!

The staff at the Design Centre were so welcoming. They spent time listening to what I wanted and endeavoured to meet my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I came away with a ring that surpassed my expectations. The Design Centre ensured everything was perfect and offered after care advice before leaving with my beautiful jem! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and a piece that will be treasured!
Visited the shop a couple of weeks ago. Tina helped me select my ring, I was not sure what I wanted, there was no rush I even went outside with the manager to see the rings in the light. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I felt no pressure when I walked into the shop. David was very helpful as were all the staff. Nothing too much trouble. Bought a beautiful bracelet and the alterations were no problem. Would highly recommend a visit.
Went to the store to purchase a watch. Proper covid protocols observed. Staff very helpful and attendant. More than happy to show watches and enable them to be tried on. A discount was offered before able to discuss this possibility. Very good selection of watches all well displayed. My purchase was altered for sizing of bracelet which took very little time. All in all a good experience and a store I will return to.
This establishment is truly professional from beginning to the end of our experience Nothing was too much trouble especially so since my wife's ring needed to be made bigger Our assistant Angela was an absolute star I truly recommend the Design centre and 5 stars is not enough

This was my second visit in a week and I can’t praise the staff enough , Tina took time to firstly help with a the purchase of a necklace and the second visit she help me with a diamond ring for my partner. If you are thinking of a visit to the jewellery quarter then pay the Design Centre a visit you won’t be disappointed.
Excellent service with a smile and great value
Tina and the team at the Design Centre provided an enjoyable shopping experience - from a courteous welcome the moment we walked through the door, to warm and friendly service provided throughout by Tina and all her colleagues. They were knowledgeable and went to great lengths to ensure our purchase was exactly what we were looking for.
This was a strange day to visit The Design Centre. A noisy demonstration by Indian farmers had taken over the Jewellery Quarter to protest outside the nearby Indian embassy The staff took the constant blaring of horns good-naturedly in their stride I had gone in to choose a diamond necklace for my lady friend. We were helped by Tina. We quickly settled on the right diamond, but, as a very occasional purchaser of jewellery, I hadn’t realised the many pitfalls in selecting the gold chain to go with it Tina patiently helped us measure the thickness and length of all available options, threading the diamond on to several likely candidates before we made our final choice This was altogether a very pleasant experience, which I had been secretly dreading !!
Great shopping in the lovely Jewellery Quarter. Staff very nice and knowledgeable. Helped greatly with a gift for a 18th Birthday. Plenty of selection on all price ranges. Angela was very patient, and all shopping done in one go .... will be my first stop for next watch or jewellery purchase.
From the moment we walked in the shop we were made to feel very welcome. The staff could not do enough to help my son choose his 21st birthday present. We left to look at other shops and returned to the shop and purchased the watch. Absolutely brilliant service and really genuine people.
