ANGELA IS AN ANGEL I went with my husband to buy my 40th birthday present which was a ring and found Angela just in my second shop of viewing rings, she was very patient and polite and would recommend this shop and this assistant to anyone, after visiting a few more shops went back to get my ring, don't judge a book by its cover it's not a fancy looking shop compared to others but they have amazing products and just the right staff with the experience and expertise you need.

Staff are very friendly. Tina and Dave really helped me find what I was looking for so thank you to the both of you, Will be going back soon. I would definitely recommend going next time you visit the jewellery Quarter. 😁

Wow 4th time of purchasing a ring from this shop and service as outstanding as ever!! Tina really helped me find what I was looking for! My Fiancé and I were looking for a wedding band, Tina provided excellent service and her colleagues were also really supportive, the team create an easy atmosphere and make you feel relaxed when making what is a big decision. They have a great range of products in store covering many different forms of jewellery. I will definitely recommend to others!

Very helpful staff, the centre has a really good range of jewellery and made our visit a special occasion.

I went in store today to get a wedding gift for my wife to be. I told the staff what my budget was and they showed me some items. The staff were very friendly and managed to get me a great deal although I spent slightly over budget but they said what it is worth in value will be four figure so win win. I'm hoping my wife to be will love it as much as I do. Would definitely recommend

Impromptu rainy bank holiday excursion with my husband in the hope of finding a beautiful ring for him to buy me! Having looked around several jewellers, we found exactly what I’d been dreaming of in the Design Centre. The design centre were so professional to deal with very friendly and I even got to choose the style of my prize. Efficenct and professional the Design centre made the whole experience a joy. My husband and I went into The Design Centre this week and were greeted so warmly by all of the staff there. I am never very decisive choosing rings but there was no rush Angela served me and was so lovely and so patient with me it was special for me as it is our Silver Wedding Anniversary next week. I tried on so many beautiful rings it was hard to chose then this very pretty ring chose me! I cannot thank the staff enough for looking after me so well and being so very patient and kind excellent service too. The shop is lovely feels welcoming as you step through the door.
