My husband and I visited the Design Centre on both Tuesday and Wednesday last week in the search for a ring. We received such great advice and help by Tina and the team. The service was superb without any pressure. Will be returning shortly to collect my ring. Thank you.

Lovely assistant - who helped me to find the perfect ring and resized it within our price bracket and within 1 hour. No pressure applied with kind interest shown in our children and the occasion the ring was purchased for. Have really enjoyed wearing the ring.

Looking for outstanding jewellery, excellent prices and very friendly and helpful staff, then you need to visit this shop. I cannot wait to return at Christmas. I purchased earrings and a diamond necklace as a present for my 60th, I’m going to be 60 every year now, they could not do enough for me. I went into a number of shops but nothing came close to the designs of the jewellery in this shop. Looking forward to my return visit.

Wonderful service and a pleasurable experience at the Design Centre when my husband recently treated me to an upgrade to my Engagement and Wedding ring from yellow Gold to Platinum. Staff were fabulous - no pressured sales.

My fiancé and I got my Engagement ring originally back in March 2019, and I was thrilled. It was a simple and delicate trinity stone setting and I loved it. The sales person Bina was lovely and very attentive to begin with, as people tend to be when they want your money. But that’s where the good experience ended. After only 2 months the stones began to move in the setting. I phoned through to ask for advice as we don’t live in the UK and was Offered very little assistance. Now January less than a year after purchasing the ring, we have been through a failed attempted repair, a remake of the original setting and I have a brand new ring... it sounds like all our problems are behind us. But wait, there’s more. Less than week after picking up my new ring the stones were loose again. Fed up we tried to ask for our money back as we were leaving the UK and didn’t have any more time for them to mess around. I mean 3 attempts should have been enough of a go (with 30 years experience). We were met with stubborn denial and arrogance, patronising and belittling arguments and a flat out refusal or acknowledgement of any fault. I was told that I was imagining the stones moving, that it was the facets. Even after having 6 independent jeweller in the jewellery quarter confirm that they were (including one chosen by Bina). I am now back in Australia having to go through the process of having my sub par ring re designed ( our jeweller also conformed the stones moving) at our expense. I have never experience such poor customer service and could not recommend going somewhere else more strongly. These guys are great as long as there is no post purchase service required, if there is a problem however they don’t want to know you.

Myself and husband went to buy new wedding rings to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary, we were served by Angela who I can say did us proud, nothing was too much trouble, she and other staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted and the fit was perfect, the lady who altered our rings (sorry I forgot your name, but thank you so much) also went above and beyond making sure that everything was perfect. I would absolutely go to this shop again if I could give 10 stars I would, everyone in the shop was friendly it was a great experience

Choosing the most important ring I would ever buy, was one of the most daunting tasks to me. Bina spent the time in educating me on the different types of diamonds, what to look for and helped me find what I wanted within my budget. I can truly say my experience at design centre was second to none. The knowledgeable and experienced staff helped me find the perfect engagement ring. I was more than happy to return and buy our wedding bands due to the extremely satisfying customer service they provided. .....to be honest I was not looking forward to choosing earings for my wife however It was a real pleasure and education to be looked after here. All the staff are lovely but Dave is who I delt with, he was excellent and could not of been more helpful to get the right thing from a huge range. Highly recommended in my view. Paul

pretty daunting with so much choice in the Jewellery Quarter however I have say Tracey the lady that served was outstanding offering great impartial advice to help us get the ring we wanted . Also feel we got a great price on a quality ring

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. They listened to what I was asking, and did not irritate me with wanting to sell me something I didnt want. Definately go to them again.
