We luckily found this splendid shop in the Jewellery Quarter today - it was the second shop we went into. A great sales team - Dave and Ella - offered us a beautiful ring at a fair price and it was just what we wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my new ring which we purchased for my special birthday. Thank you.

I went engagement ring shopping with my partner and we were welcomed as a gay couple with open arms. We were served by Ella who was wonderful. we did not have a very big budget in mind and Ella helped us both choose our perfect ring. Ella never asked us for our budget and unlike other jewelers she did not push expensive rings onto us. Much to our surprise the rings with discounts were well within our budget. we went to collect our rings 5 weeks later as they had to be custom made and they were beautiful. We will definitely be visiting again for our wedding rings and any jewelry from this point on!! Thank you Ella and the team for such a special experience!!!!

We have just got back from the Jewellery Quarter and a visit to Design Centre. Angela served us and she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She quickly understood what we wanted and went above and beyond to help. We bought a beautiful ring for our 10 year anniversary!

Me and my fiancé were looking for my dream engagement ring and safe to say that we found it at the design centre with the help of the amazing Bina. She was extremely helpful, friendly and made our experience 10x better, great discounts too! We loved the ring so much we ended up returning to buy more jewellery pieces which again Bina did an amazing job helping us with the purchases. 100/100 recommended!!!

If you are looking for friendly supportive down to earth staff and customer service look no further, having looked at the vast amount of shops available within the jewellery quarter Angela and staff were by far the best! We returned a second time while we made our decision. My engagement ring is being custom made without any fuss…INCREDIBLE keep up the good work, we will be back for wedding rings 😊

We visited Design Centre to buy an engagement ring. We were greeted by Tina and I immediately felt comfortable. Relevant questions were asked and she listened to any concerns and showed us a vast range of beautiful rings. She also showed us a range of wedding bands to show us how the two rings might sit together in the future. This was really helpful. There was absolutely no pressure put on us. We kept going back to the same ring. A rather emotional moment after waiting 15 months through lockdowns etc to be able to travel to buy something. I couldn’t have felt more at ease, even through my tears of happiness. The chosen ring needed sizing so we left it in their capable hands and it followed us two days later in the post (tracked special delivery at no extra cost to us). Another day later the valuation followed. All as promised and I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend and hope to return for wedding bands in the future.

Angela was superb and gave us plenty of time and advice as we didn’t know really what we wanted. We were able to take time and no pressure was felt so we could browse. On the initial visit we didn’t commit to anything and said we would return. Angela took our details and said she would find out some prices for us and cal in a week. This was done and we went back and bought the ring. With the service offered and the friendly humour between the team at design centre we felt very happy with our purchase and would recommend them. In fact we did take my parents back for something for them. Even with current social distancing and face masks and hand gel we were very content and comfortable being in the shop.

The service was helpful and friendly and my husband and I did not feel we were put under under any pressure by Tina who served us. We had time to consider our purchase from a substantial and relevant range and are delighted with our choice. We felt entirely comfortable not to buy the most expensive but the one we were most content with.

We visited the design centre to buy our wedding rings after receiving excellent service the first time, when I purchased an engagement ring. I only have positive words to say about my experience. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and were helpful throughout. Tina looked after us from start to finish, a mention to Dave also who gave us the best available price. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. The best jewellery store around!!!

We visited the Design Centre looking for a bracelet for my granddaughter’s 21st birthday, we were introduced to Angela who was very lovely and helpful. My granddaughter fell in love with a bracelet which we purchased. I would highly recommend a visit.

We’ve just visited the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham and having visited a few shops went into the Design Centre where we were greeted by a friendly door who introduced us to Angela. She couldn’t have been any friendlier and so helpful while we were looking for wedding bands. She showed us lots of different options and when I found the one I loved she then offered a discount for us to secure a purchase. I’ve come away a very happy customer indeed and will be returning for maybe more sparkles 💍❤️
