I had a great experience with Harvey Water Softeners. Ben gave an excellent presentation, offering practical advice that helped me understand how the system would benefit my home. The installation process was smooth and impressive, especially given the limited space I had. The installer managed to fit both the softener and water filter into the tiny cupboard under my sink without any issues! The difference in water quality is noticeable, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Richard G arrived punctually and gave us a full and very detailed demonstration of the softener equipment. Richard also tested our mains water (which is alarmingly hard) and explained all the processes clearly and answered all our questions easily. I've never had cause to complain about salt deliveries until receiving the last two, ordinarily I would give Culligan Harvey 5* but deliveries are letting them down. Salt has gone up in price, I get that but at these prices, I expect the salt to be delivered in plastic packaging and cardboard boxes that are undamaged and salt blocks that are undamaged. Please do better.

I changed my Wi-Fi and my iLid did not work with the new wireless hub. After a lot of hard work behind the scenes and a lot of phone calls with Faraz and others it was finally resolved. So thank you Faraz and your colleagues

I have had this Harvey water softener for 3 years now and have never had it working for more than maybe 4 weeks before it has ceased and required resetting .It seems to trip out and when it tries to reset gives a message that it can’t redirect because of Aylacontrol whatever that is. Judging by letters on the app I am not alone with connection problems

I'm thrilled with the product. Installation was fine too, with a very considered engineer. I had to call client services to ask for an engineer to be sent back, no fault of the product and accident on my side; client services was very helpful and the second engineer was also great. A great product with a good client and service support.

Brian helped us repair a leak in our water softener recently as part of the warranty. He was excellent, polite and communicated well throughout. He went above and beyond, leaving us feeling reassured, and of course fixing the leak. Thank you!

Blocks were damaged when delivered by third party. This has happened on previous occasions and quite frustrating and disappointing. Would be better if delivered directly by Harveys as they would handle the salt blocks with more care.
