Resolved issue quickly and effectively
We installed Harvey Softner at the end of July of 2018, but gradually the period of two big blocks of salt reduced to now only over two weeks. So, the salt consumed quite quick than we were told by the salesman. However, we are still enjoying the soft water running in the house. We would be appreciated there is any way could solve the problem.

I have been using Harvey water softener for 10 years now and have recommended them to many friends who also purchased. Unfortunately, their service recently has been absolutely appalling. I had an appointment for installation of a softener on 30 Dec, called them 3 times in advance to confirm the date and day my husband will be at home on this day. On 30 Dec they didn't show up at all with no notification, when my husband called them to enquire why, they insisted I call them to authorise the installation although I was abroad!! Ended up spending lots of money for a completely unnecessary international call, my husband wasting a whole day waiting for them and installation now only booked for 7 January. I will request a refund for all this trouble. Avoid if you can!
