The product is fantastic, limescale has reduced sensibly and the drinking water is pleasant. exactly what we were looking for.

We placed an order for 12 Packs of Block Salt in response to your Black Friday offer. We received an email stating that delivery would be delayed due to demand. We then received and email at the beginning of December from DPD saying they had recieved the order but it was never delivered. Apparently it was returned to Culligans on 2nd of December and we were not informed as to when it might be delivered again. I contacted Culligan last week and was told that it would be a further 7-10 days for delivery which is not good and we have now run out of replacement blocks!

Excellent service

Disappointed that I had to chase for my delivery yet the money was taken straight away. Over two weeks before finally getting the salt. What would have happened if I had not chased???

The water has made a lot of difference, you can notice it on skin your hair. Even when you wash your hands. But importantly when you have a shower it’s great. Same the salt we have to top up every week that’s probably we generally use a lot of water in the house.

There was a big delay with the order. I was updated by email, but had to chase as the delay was longer than stated. No offer of discount for the issues or account credit which would have been the right thing to do as a regular repeat customer. To be fair all other deliveries have been good
