The Price for the Salt has doubled since we had the water softener installed and it’s cheaper to get it delivered from other suppliers and you said it is always cheaper from yourself, what has gone wrong

I have a Harvey Water Softener, we have had this product for over 5 years and have taken out the extended warranty. My problem is that it takes Harvey 2 to 4 weeks to get a technician out to repair the softener. This is not the first time that I have had to use the extended warranty and on the previous occasion we had to wait over 4 weeks for a visit. They do not inform you of this when they sell you the extended warranty! I find this completely unacceptable and I just don't think they care for their existing customers. When you initially purchase the product, the sales team have dedicated technicians to carry out rapid repairs within the the trial period of which we had numerous, after that, they don't seem to care!

Delivery was much later than previous orders Harvey did not take into consideration the black Friday rush. A number of the salt blocks are damaged but still useable.

The website was easy to use and the order arrived quickly.

Purchased and installed in 2023, in September 2024 Harvey claimed that I still owed £300. When challenged they failed to provide any explanation to justify. The water softener is a good product alas the company is lacking as it would not provide justification.

Bought Harvey Arc water softener through Richard, albeit we knew the softener would not fit under our sink due to the uneconomical installation by previous plumber. The installer ended up rerouting our plumbing to fit softener in. Although we find a minor issue after completion, Harvey sent another installer within a day to rectify. So really great after care service. The water softener has been a game changer for our family due to children with ezcema.

We had the demonstration by Richard Goring today. This is the first time we knew that the efficiency difference about detergent on hard water and soft water. By using this machine, we forsee that it could improve our life and enhance the life of our electric appliance at home.
