Too Expensive to maintain. Salt is getting expensive every time and it feels like they are selling salt rather water softener and making lot money via selling salt
You can place an order on the internet and everything follows promptly from there and within the expected time. I have been a customer of ths compan for over 20 years and I have never had a problem dealing with them.

Company doing well thanks, prompt etc. please sack DPD as they are utterly incompetent. Have only delivered 1 out of 3 times so far. Very poor at looking at SatNav or where they actually are in relation to the correct address.

The only bad reviews I have is because the block salts always arrive in a damaged condition. Some of the bags are ripped always and every delivery. I know the products are heavy and bulky. But it’s not the consumer’s fault. Don’t know if the bags are damaged at the company level or delivery point. Why do we have to bear the loss of product. Delivery companies must take responsibility too. Proper train the despatch and delivery guys to deal with handling heavy loads.

All blocks arrived totally smashed up. Was asked to open sacks and send images of the broken blocks. Never had this experience from my usual supplier.
Delivery was made by courteous young man who helped me bring the heavy boxes inside the house. Very impressed.

Richard was really helpful and informative in making our decision of installing a water softener. By carrying out various chemical reaction experiments, I was able to see first hand the benefits of this system. I would certainly consider this to be a good investment, especially in the south of the UK where our water is very hard.
