When my salt blocks are delivered some of them are broken or damaged not very good. This has been happening for a while now.

Best product with best demo. Quite impressed with product features and looking forward to installation and usage. David Griffiths is honest and best at answering any questions, do’s and don’t clearly mentioned. Showed results with transparency during demo. Always recommend Harvey water softener specially if you are staying in Berkshire. No second thoughts why best people David helps to deliver best product.

I called Harvey with an issue with my minimax water softener not updating salt levels or providing notifications to my Harvey app. I called the technical support twice and each time, after 15+ minutes on hold, got cut off. I called the sales team and got through to someone who promised me a call back before 6pm. This did not happen. I called just before 6pm and was told (by the sales team) that the expert for my query left at 5pm. I asked for some test tablets as my water is coming through hard after changing the salt and they said they wouldn’t be with me any sooner than 5 days. Terrible experience today. Very disappointing. I appreciate issues with equipment happen but keeping your word is your responsibility and you didn’t.

I have raised my concern about i-Lid not working and have logged a ticket last month, on 11th December and its been a month and no update on my ticket yet. Have tried multiple times calling them and I have been in the queue for nearly 10 mins and call gets disconnected, to my surprise. Had to call again but no joy and am still in the queue, listening to the sick IVRS - Thanks for waiting while we get your call, we will be as quick as we can. I think Harvey has lost its charisma of dealing with the complaints and with the customers. Avoid Harvey Softeners and please don’t fall to their tricks by looking at their 5 star reviews.

The product is as good as ever. The delay in delivering it was a surprise but fortunately I had sufficient in stock to not be concerned.

Despite replacing the old with a new softener, marks left on tap and other places suggesting some hardness. On the other hand they have increased the price of salt.

The water since installation has been great, apart from quite a drop in water pressure which was unexpected to be to the degree.... BUT Absolutely terrible service and communication... Softener installed end of May, engineer had not been given details of the covering box, it was too small, and couldn't get the clever I-Lid speaking to the app, apparently there was updates on the app.... I ended up with 'remedial' works on the 10th July, another box that didn't fit... Lid still not working.... After a few attempts Harveys finally conceded on 22nd Nov that the lid was faulty and a replacement to arrive within 14 days..... 14th Jan - No Lid, no communication, no follow up..... For the customer service I have received to date, I would avoid like the plague... I am about to request removal and full refund....

It’s all about the sales pitch - after-sales support is dire (unless you want to buy more salt!). I’m still chasing reimbursement after a month from having to call out an emergency plumber to fix shoddy pipe work Harvey installers put in. No one takes responsibility, passes you around the company and that’s when you do manage to speak to someone. It’s a £2000 investment I regret.
