Ordered 31 December. Not yet delivered. Unexpected and not up to previous experience.
The technician who fitted the water softener system was punctual and made a good job of the fitting.
Unfortunately Harvey has decided to rip customers, after speaking to customer service team I felt like nothing going to change. Please don't believe Harvey's sales team, they make false promises. So the outcome is Harvey will not fix until we pay upfront despite their sales team make false promise about the product life, last for 10+ years. We are going to get rid of Harvey water softener because of poor and unjustified service cost. I will not recommend to anyone.

I bought a property that included a water softener with an iLid. In spite of owning both these items Harvey refuses to transfer the ownership of the iLid to me. I would never recommend them or their softeners. If they have set up a system that can’t be changed they have failed. I could change the security keys for the house but a water softener seems to be to high risk. Pathetic
Delivery on time. Price reasonable, but some salt blocks badly broken.
Delivery took ages to arrive, also salt blocks were broken.
The last 3 times I have ordered granular salt the delivery has taken the best part of a month to arrive. My current order was placed on January 3rd and I am still waiting for delivery! Absolutely unacceptable
This company installed our ARC water softener and filtered water cassette unit almost 3 years ago. It has made a massive improvement in water quality, we live in the New Forest which has very hard water, with lots of limescale, this has been completely eradicated by the ARC, salt use is approximately what was forecast in the quote and our new filter cassette turns up every year for us to replace. Our only quibble would be we were promised an upgraded cover for our ARC water softener, which were out of stock at time of order but it has never turned up. Maybe it will now. Our overall experience is excellent and didn’t hesitate to give 5 stars for quality, usage and after-sales service, except for the new improved cover.
Our drinking tap had water leaking from the base after using for some time, and Dave came to the rescue fixing it right away, professionally and efficiently. It was raining outside and took him some time to find a parking space, but Dave was punctual, friendly, and super good at what he does! I can tell he was very careful keeping our kitchen super clean as well. Would definitely recommend, thanks very much Dave!
Fast delivery. Minimal damage to salt blocks when they arrived.
The outdoor wooden storage box for the water softener is not practical. The wood has gone mouldy and the metal hinges on the top are rusting. Poor quality finish on the pipe insulation coating with parts coming unstuck. The work is of a low standard and the box is just not the right design for outdoor. All this you pay for and leaves you not recommending this company to someone else.

Water softner working very well. So far we had no stitch. Water is soft as clothes, kitchen tops and basin etc are without any powder. Supply is regular. Hope they do not change the model.
Customer service is very poor!! Disappointing
I’ve left instructions to leave it by the metre box but the delivery man still left it with my elderly neighbours! It was so embarrassing because they are so frail and I have to apologise for bothering them.
Very bad experience. Avoid this company, they are big liers. Taking them 3 months to fix leaking tap, twice engineer bring wrong tap and then third time bring half new tap and take half from the old one. Second time I even called them to make sure engineer bring correct one, they confirmed sure but anyway wrong tap arrives. 5 months to reply to complaints and then they said you are out of free 90 days free return. Taking them to the court for braking the contract and refusing refund.
