Too litle notice of the delivery. The delivery time of 10.30 till 11.30 was only advised at 9.30 am that day. I never saw the delivery man. The three parcels were left outside my front door and were almost too heavy individually for me to lift.

Chris Gartell did the technical survey and installation for the water softener and a water filter. His communication for setting up the appointments was great. Chris was very friendly and explained what needed to happen and how the system would work very clearly. The installation is neat and looks great. The space was small so Chris had to do some relocation of pipes to make it work. Overall this was a very good experience and I am looking forward to enjoying the benefits of the water softener and filter.

Delivered on time

I have ordered 12 pack block salt before Christmas and the salt was delivered on 15 Dec24. However 4 packs were broken with some sand like and were opened, so I have returned 4 packs. After that I have checked the rest and found out that some of them got similar problems and I reported immediately at the same day. James Parker of your customer service offered additional 3 packs as the compensation but I have to make another new order to get this compensation. James Parker promised to send me back the 4 bags in 7 days. Following my numerous repeated reminders, the replacement was finally delivered on 24 Jan 25 (over 1 month) but the box only contained 3 packs which means 1 pack was missing, so I contact your CS again. Jaden of your customer service refused to send me the missing pack unless I place another new order. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable reply. Your team made mistake but refused to correct. I have paid the order in full but in fact I didn’t receive everything in order. Despite my repeated emails to complain, no one have ever give me any reply. So disappointed service. 1 pack block salt costs little and I don’t care losing that but wish to let everyone think carefully before pacing any order to this company or be prepared for the lose.

Okay, but communication of the order was confusing and was split into 2 consignments, it wasn't until I chased up as to where the second part of my order was, it hadn't been mentioned.

Faraz helped me re-connect my water softener to my phone app. He was polite, helpful and sorted out my problem with no fuss. Thank you.

Today I had a water softener installed, and I’m really happier with the results. The difference in water quality is noticeable—cleaner dishes, and no more hard water stains. The drinking water quality is amazingly good. The installation process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Mr. Rhys the knowledgeable and professional installer. He took the time to explain everything and ensured the system was working perfectly before leaving. Slight issue with delivery but all sorted out quickly and efficiently

I purchased water filler and water softener from Harvey Water Softeners recently but I am extremely disappointed with the products, the company’s dishonest sales tactics and customer service. Their representatives Kash deliberately hid a major flaw on their products when introducing the products to us: Water filler - for every 300ml of filtered water, 700ml is wasted down the drain. Water softener - needs around 17 litres or more per day for regeneration. We only found out from their installation guy who came to check the water filler one month later after we had these products. This is neither environmentally friendly nor efficient, contrary to their advertisement and description about their products on their website and brochure. Additionally, they misrepresented their refund policy. We were not informed that the water filler is non-refundable and has no 90 days money back guarantee, and now they are ignoring our refund requests by both phone calls and emails. This is deceptive business practice, and their aftersales service is incredibly poor. Even if they ask you to send emails to their customer service, do not trust them, they will just ignore you! I would not recommend to anyone buying from them and don't be fooled by their salesman!
